Objective:Acute pancreatitis(AP)refers to a variety of causes of pancreatic enzyme activation, the pancreas local inflammatory response as the main features, with or without other organs function change of disease.Acute fluid collections is a common complication of AP.At present,it is widely used to assess the severity of AP.The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence and risk factors of early AP peripancreatic fluid collections,so as to take early prevention and treatment measures,so as to reduce complications, reduce patient mortality, improve prognosis, and provide scientific basis for improving clinical treatment.Methods:1.A total of 342 AP patients who completed abdominal enhanced CT sca n within 72 hours of onset were included in this study.According to the presen ce or absence of peripancreatic fluid collections, they were divided into two gr oups, namely, the peripancreatic fluid collections group and the absence of p eripancreatic fluid collections group.2.Clinical indicators with statistical significance in the two groups were s creened by univariate analysis, and the results showed that the differences in w hite blood cell count(P=0.000),lactate dehydrogenase(P=0.000),platelet cou nt(P=0.018),albumin(P=0.000),c-reactive protein(P=0.000)and fibrinogen(P=0.000)were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant di fference in gender(P=0.942),age(P=0.341),etiological type(P=0.267),proal bumin(P=0.057),urea nitrogen(P=0.139),creatinine(P=0.530),and serum c alcium(P=0.402).3.The results showed that the variables of albumin(OR=0.949,95%ci: 0.912-0.987,P=0.009),lactate dehydrogenase(OR=1.003,95%CI: 1.001-1.005,P=0.007)and c-reactive protein(OR=1.006,95%CI: 1.003-1.008,P=0.000)were correlated with acute fluid collections. All three factors were statistically significant. The regression coefficients of the three are:-0.052,0.003 and 0.006 respectively.4.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the number of perituc opancreatic fluid collections region was significantly correlated with c-reactiv e protein(r=0.207,P<0.05)and lactate dehydrogenase(r=0.188,P<0.05),but not with albumin(r=-0.135,P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Albumin,lactate dehydrogenase and c-reactive protein may be indepen dent risk factors of acute fluid collection.Among them,c-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase are positively correlated with acute fluid collection, whi le albumin is negatively correlated with acute fluid collection, which is a prote ctive factor.2.The amount of peripancreatic effusion in acute fluid collection was cor related with c-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase, but not with albumi n.
