Objective:To compare the surface roughness and microhardness changes of Constic self-adhesive flow resin and Spectrum TPH3 resin and FiltekTMM Supreme Ultra resin before and after aging,so as to provide a basis for the clinical promotion of Constic resin.Methods:First,prepare Constic self-adhesive flow resin(Group A),Spectrum TPH3 resin(Group B)and FiltekTM Supreme Ultra resin(Group C)standard specimens,embed,polish,artificial saliva soak and 5/55°C hot and cold cycle10000.After the cycle,the surface roughness(Ra)and the surface microhardness(HV)changes before and after aging were analyzed and the microstructure changes under the microscope were observed.Statistical analysis was performed on the data.Paired t-test was used to compare the two groups.The comparison between groups was analyzed by analysis of variance.The test level wasα=0.05(bilateral),P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.Microhardness(HV)determination experiment:(1)Before the resin aging,the HV of group A,B and C were 132.20±1.46Mpa,53.87±0.64Mpa,85.16±1.83Mpa,respectively,and group A was higher than group B and C.There were significant differences between the groups,group A and group B and C(P<0.05).(2)The HV value of the resin will be low after aging.The HV values of group A,B and C are 93.57±1.43Mpa,48.16±0.68Mpa,64.28±1.19Mpa,respectively.Group A is higher than group B and C,group A and There were statistical differences between groups B and C(P<0.05).3The absolute values of HV difference before and after aging of resin A,B and C were 38.65Mpa,5.69Mpa,21.23Mpa,the highest percentage of aging in group A(29.20%),the second in group C(24.90%),and the lowest in group B(10.60)%).Group A was significantly higher than group B and group C,and there was significant difference between group A and group B and C(P<0.05).2.Measurement of Roughness(Ra)(1):Ra of the resin A,B,and C groups perpendicular to the polishing direction before and after aging is higher than parallel to the polishing direction.(2)The pre-aging Ra values of resin A、B and C were 0.08055±0.00161um,0.10508±0.00508um,0.06050±0.00146um,respectively.The polishability of resin A and C was higher than that of resin B,which was statistically different(P<0.05).(3)After the aging of the resin group A、B、C,the difference of Ra value was statistically significant(P<0.05).After aging,the Ra of group A was between group B and group C,and the three groups of polished surfaces Ra values are on the rise.Conclusion:The results of this experiment show that the surface microhardness and roughness of the Constic self-adhesive flow resin before and after aging are close to or even better than the other two resins widely used clinically.Therefore,the clinical aging resistance of Constic self-adhesive flow resin can meet the requirements of oral filling materials.
