Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of pressure injure in our hospital. To investigate the level of ALB before operation is more closely related to press injure. When the operation time is in the interval,it is more closely related to the operation pressure sore.It provides a theoretical reference for surgical patients with preoperative hypoproteinemia to reasonably control the operation time, make preoperative intervention and reduce the occurrence of surgical pressure injure; It also provides a theoretical basis for the researchers to use serum albumin as a risk assessment factor in the development or modifying the surgical pressure injure risk assessment tools. Methods: All patients with pressure ulcers during operation from 2014.1 to 2018.12 were collected from the adverse event reporting information system of our hospital.Pressure ulcers were assessed using the pressure ulcer staging criteria recommended by the 2014 European pressure ulcer advisory group(EPUAP)and the American pressure ulcer advisory group(NPUAP).A total of 103 eligible surgical patients were selected as subjects after consulting medical records. The age, gender, department, anesthesia method, duration of surgery, location of pressure ulcers, preoperative serum albumin and other relevant data of the subjects were consulted for analysis. To analyze the age,sex and department distribution of patients with pressure ulcer.According to the different groups of serum albumin levels of the subjects: ALB>35g/L,30g/L?ALB<35g/L,and ALB<30g/L,the relationship between preoperative serum albumin levels and pressure ulcers was analyzed.Duration of surgery<3 hours,3 hours? operation time <5 hours, operation time >5 hours, the relationship between the operation time and pressure ulcers. Results: From 2015,the number of patients with surgical pressure ulcers in our hospital decreased year by year, from 2014 to 2018,and only 9 cases of surgical pressure ulcers occurred in 2018.Most of the patients with pressure ulcers in our hospital were male, but there was no statistical significance between gender and the severity of pressure ulcers(P<0.05),and gender was not related to the stage of pressure ulcers.Neurosurgery accounted for 39.81%,followed by general surgery.Operation time increase the risk of pressure ulcers occur more than three hours, more than five hours will happen ?period pressure sores, the longer the greater the risk of pressure ulcers; There were differences between different levels of serum albumin and operative pressure ulcer stage(P<0.05),patients with stage 86.67% of pressure sores ?in patients with serum albumin is lower than 35 g/L,preoperative serum albumin is lower, the greater the risk of pressure ulcers in surgery.Conclusions:1.According to Logistics regression analysis, patients with normal serum albumin before surgery will increase the risk of pressure ulcers by 1.94 times if the operation time exceeds 5 hours.2.The serum albumin of surgery patients before the operation is below 35 g/L,even if the operation time in 3 h ~ 5 h,the severity of pressure ulcers in surgery than serum albumin in patients with normal operation the degree of pressure ulcers and heavier period of pressure ulcers.?3.For surgical patients with serum albumin lower than 30g/L,timely protein supplementation should be carried out preoperatively, and intraoperative protection should be strengthened. It is recommended to carry out the surgery with an estimated time of less than 3 hours,so as to reduce the occurrence of surgical pressure ulcers.4.Serum albumin can be used as a predictive indicator of pressure ulcers during surgery, and it is recommended to add it to the risk assessment table of pressure ulcers in surgical patients.
