Clinical Application Value Of The Concept Of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery In Perioperative Period Of Acute Gastrointestinal Injury

Objective: to explore the clinical application value of ERAS in perioperative period of acute gastrointestinal injury.Methods: in October 2016 to August 2018 will be in our emergency surgery patients and in patients undergoing emergency surgical treatment of acute gastrointestinal injury in 362 cases,according to the length of hospital stay was divided into two groups,one group of conventional group 166 examples,retrospective study,to accept conventional perioperative management,a group of ERAS,prospectie studies,accept perioperative accelerate rehabilitation concept of surgical treatment,observe two groups of postoperative 1 d,3 d,7 d plasma CRP and PA in,the change of PCT;The time of the first postoperative movement;Postoperative recovery time of intestinal function;Time of first postoperative feeding;The incidence of postoperative complications;Postoperative pain grading(WHO pain grading);Hospitalization time and hospitalization cost.Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Group compared with the traditional group,ERAS postoperative 1 d,3 d,7 d plasma CRP and PA in the bed,PCT change,for the first time after time,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,the first time the postoperative complications after grade of postoperative pain,length of hospital stay and hospital costs significantly lower than the traditional group,the results have statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: accelerate rehabilitation concept for surgical acute gastrointestinal injury peri-operational period effect is remarkable,which can effectively reduce the postoperative inflammatory response,speed up the bowel function recovery,reduce the postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce hospitalization expenses,promote patients recover as soon as possible,has high clinical value,is worth promoting.
