The combination of biological and Internet data has promoted the development of the medical community.Some cases of cancer and cancer have made breakthroughs and brought great benefits to human society.Domestic and foreign research focus on biostatistics.Studying pancreatic circulating tumor cells is of great biological significance.In addition,many cancer patients lack a prior risk diagnosis otherwise cancer has multiple risk categories.Given the same treatment regimen and clinical treatment for different species of the same cancer,a completely different response would be obtained.This reveals that even the same risk rating classification of the same cancer may have potential molecular differences.The main content of this paper is based on the obtained pancreatic circulating tumor cell gene chip,using the improved social network index random graph model for cluster analysis and research.During the research of pancreatic cancer,circulating tumor cells(CTCs),can cause distant metastasis and recurrence of malignant tumors.In order to study the differential expression of genes under different cells and the interference of intercellular heterogeneity on gene function expression,especially the role of genes in pancreatic circulating tumor cells in the process leading to pancreatic cancer,we used a mixture social network index random graph model combined with intercellular heterogeneity for cluster analysis.The differential genes between different cells were screened out.The types of differential genes obtained by comparison under four types of cells are obtained,including pancreatic circulating cells,cancer cells,tumor cells,and white blood cells.It can be concluded that the functions of the same gene under different cells are different.Traditional detection methods analyze the overall average response of the cell population.The new insight in this paper is that our study correlates gene expression with single cells,taking into account the effects of intercellular heterogeneity on gene expression studies.The conclusion is that we analyzed the RNA sequencing data of individual cells in tumor tissues,and found that the function at the tissue system level is composed of heterogeneous cells,that is,the phenotype corresponding to the genotype.
