Effect Of Sevoflurane And Propofol On The Variability Of Central Rate In Elderly Patients Undergoing Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective:Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane and propofol on perioperative hemodynamics and HRV?heart rate variability?in elderly patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Sixty patients underwent elective laparoscopic nephrectomy were randomly divided into two groups:sevoflurane group?S group,30 cases?and propofol group?P group,30cases?.Intraoperative anesthesia induction was intravenous infusion of sufentanil,etomidate,cis atracurium;anesthesia maintenance,p group using vein The pump was injected with propofol,and the S group was treated with sevoflurane.Both groups were given remifentanil to maintain anesthesia.The invasive mean arterial pressure?MAP?,heart rate?HR?and low frequency power?LF?,high frequency power?HF?,low frequency/high frequency?LF/HF?HRV related parameters,were recorded 10 minutes before surgery(T₁),pneumoperitoneum?T₂?,30 minutes after pneumoperitoneum?T₃?,stop pneumoperitoneum?T₄?.and measurement of plasma epinephrine?E?and acetylcholine?Ach?content were collected from the venous blood.Results:Compared with T₁,S group At T₂ and T₃,HR and MAP increased significantly,LF decreased significantly.At the time of T₂ and T₃,Ach content increased significantly and E content decreased significantly.The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The decrease of HF and LF/HF was small.There was no significant difference in the difference?P>0.05?.In group P,HR and MAP increased significantly and HF decreased significantly at T₂ and T₃.Ach content increased significantly and T content decreased significantly at T₂and T₃.The difference was statistically significant?P><0.05?;the decrease of LF and LF/HF was small,and the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Compared with the P group,the T and T₃ of the S group were smaller than the HR and MAP at the time of T₁,and the LF values were T₂ and T₃.The T₄ time was significantly lower than that of T₁,and the changes of Ach and E content were smaller at T₃to T₁,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia can inhibit autonomic nerve activity,sevoflurane mainly inhibits sympathetic nerve function,propofol mainly inhibits parasympathetic nerve function,sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia has little effect on hemodynamics,anesthesia Relatively stable.
