Objective:To investigate the value of ultra-high b-value(b=2000s/mm~2)DWI in prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese population. Methods:By searching the literature on ultra-high b-value DWI diagnosis of prostate cancer in Chinese population published in Chinese database(CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu)and the English database(PubMed),the data were extracted and meta-analyzed to calculate combined sensitivity, combined specificity, combined positive likelihood ratio, combined negative likelihood ratio, and combined diagnostic odds ratio, plot the sensitivity specificity forest map and SROC curve, and access the publication bias of this study via funnel plot(Deek's test).Results:Finally,11 articles were included in this meta-analysis.The results showed that there were non-threshold effects in the literature(P>0.05).The random effects model was used, and the study found when the b-value was 1000s/mm~2,the combination sensitivity, combination specificity, combined positive likelihood ratio,The combined negative odds ratio and combined diagnostic odds ratio were 0.68(0.62~0.73),0.72(0.60~0.82),2.42(1.61,3.62),0.45(0.36,0.57),5.36(2.92,9.85),and AUC was 0.68(0.64~0.72),when the b-value is 2000s/mm~2,the combined sensitivity, combined specificity, combined positive likelihood ratio, combined negative likelihood ratio, and combined diagnostic odds ratio are 0.86(0.81~0.89)and 0.83(0.74~0.89),4.89(3.28,7.28),0.18(0.13,0.23),27.99(16.20,48.38),AUC 0.89(0.86-0.91).There was no statistically significant publication bias in this study(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ultra-high b-value(b=2000s/mm~2)has higher sensitivity and specificity than the standard b-value(b=1000s/mm~2),which implicates its high value for prostate cancer diagnosis in Chinese population.
