The Effect Of TIPE2,TNF-? And IL-10 Expression In Villus And Decidua On Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:To observe the effects of expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha inducible protein-2(TIPE2),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-?),interleukin-10(IL-10)in villi and decidua on recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:A total of 30 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion diagnosed in the Shanxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the RSA group.The normal pregnancy patients who required termination of pregnancy,no previous adverse pregnancy history,and this pregnancy were selected.There were 33 patients without signs of threatened abortion as a control group.The expression of TIPE2,IL-10 and TNF-? was detected by immunohistochemistry in the villi and decidua tissues of the RSA group and the control group.Results:1.The expression of TIPE2 and IL-10 in the villi and decidua of RSA group was lower than that of the normal control group,while the expression of TNF-? was higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.The expression of TIPE2 in the villi and decidua of RSA group was positively correlated with the expression of IL-10,and negatively correlated with the expression of TNF-?.However,TIPE2 was not associated with IL-10 and TNF-? in the control group.3.The expression of TIPE2 in the villi and decidua was positively correlated with the expression of IL-10 and positively correlated with the expression of TNF-? in the RSA group.There was no correlation between TIPE2,TNF-? and IL-10 in the control group.Conclusion:1.The expression of TNF-? is increased in the villus and decidua of RSA patients,and the expression of IL-10 is decreased,that is,the Th1/Th2 balance is abnormal;2.The expression of TIPE2 in villus and decidua was decreased in RSA patients,which may participate in the occurrence and development of recurrent spontaneous abortion through immune negative regulation mechanism;3.TIPE2 in villus and decidua tissue of RSA patients may have a positive regulation of IL-10 expression and a negative regulation of TNF-? expression.However,whether TIPE2 affects the balance of Th1/Th2 remains to be further studied.
