Objective:To investigate the distribution of Cdc42 GTPase/miRNA-363-5p in different grades of glioblastoma and its effect on glioblastoma grade Methods:The tumor samples of patients with glioma were routinely collected. After paraffin fixation for 24 hours, they were immersed in sucrose solution to the bottom. After frozen section, the expression of Cdc42 GTPase was detected by immunohistochemistry. The other samples were stored in liquid nitrogen.Real-time quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Cdc42 GTPase/miRNA-363-5p in different grades of glioma.Results:1.Cdc42 GTPase gradually decreases with the increase of glioma grade in glioma tissues2.The results of real-time quantitative RT-PCR showed that with the increase of tumor grade, the expression of miRNA-363-5p gradually increased, while the expression of Cdc42 GTPase decreased gradually Conclusion:1.The target gene of miRNA-363-5p is Cdc42 GTPase 2.It is proved by experiments that miRNA-363-5p and Cdc42 GTPase can be used as clinical targets for the treatment of glioma..
