Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of two methods of ureteral end management in retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical resection of upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma. To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of total retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephroureterectomy. Methods:A lot of 60 patients with upper urinary tract urothelial cancer diagnosed in urology department of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2016 to October 2018 were collected and randomly divided into two group. The A group(n=29)was treated with Complete retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephroureterectomy, while the B group(n=31)was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephroureterectomy. The date of the blood volume, operation time, postoperative exhaust time, visual analogue scale, hospital stay time and long-term recurrence of the tumors of patients of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results:There was no significant difference in preoperative general condition between A group and B group(P>0.05).The operating time was(143±12)min for group A and(206±19)min for group B,which showed significant difference between two group(P<0.05).And the blood loss was(146±11)ml for group A and(193±14)ml for group B.However, there wasn't significant difference in postoperative recovery time,follow-up period,Visual Analogue Scale and tumor recurrence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of the end of the ureter, patients who underwent complete retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical operation for upper urinary tract urothelial cancer received better clinical results, which is safe and effective and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
