Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of flTim-3,sTim-3 and coronary heart disease.Methods:142 patients with coronary heart disease and 54 age-matched normal controls were enrolled.All patients underwent coronary angiography.Among them,54 healthy controls were normal controls and 142 patients with coronary heart disease were experimental groups.There were 87 patients with stable angina pectoris and 55 patients with acute coronary syndrome.The patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 3 groups according to the number of coronary artery lesions,of which 44 were single-vessel disease group,58 were double-vessel disease group,40 cases were multi-vessel disease groups;Meanwhile,the patients with coronary heart disease were divided into mild coronary artery stenosis,moderate coronary artery stenosis,severe coronary artery stenosis according to the results of coronary Gensini scores.Among them,42 cases were mild coronary stenosis group(1-27 points),61 cases were moderate coronary stenosis group(28-50 points),and39 cases were severe coronary stenosis group(51-152 points).Peripheral blood was taken from patients and general information was recorded when they got sick and entered the cardiology department.In the second hospital of shanxi medical university clinical laboratory,clinical laboratory physicians helped us measure the amount of relevant indicators in peripheral blood.Flow cytometry was used to measure the expression rate of flTim-3.The concentration of sTim-3,TNF-? and IL-6 was measured by ELISA.Results:1.Prevalence of hypertension,diabetes prevalence,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,lipoprotein a,homocysteine,the expression rates of flTim-3 in the coronary heart disease groupwere significantly higher than those of the control group,while sTim-3 was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).2.The expression rate of flTim-3 gradually increased with the progression of coronary heart disease,performanced the control group < stable angina group < acute coronary syndrome group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).sTim-3 gradually decreased with the progress of coronary heart disease,performanced the control group > stable angina group > acute coronary syndrome group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The expression rate of flTim-3 increased with the increase of the number of coronary lesions(P<0.05),performanced the control group <single-vessel disease group<double-vessel disease group<multi-vessel disease group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).sTim-3 gradually decreased with the increase of coronary artery lesions,performanced the control group > single-vessel disease group > double-vessel disease group > multi-vessel disease group.There were significant differences between the two-vessel disease group,the multi-vessel disease group and single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the multi-vessel disease group and single-vessel disease group(P<0.05).4.The expression rate of flTim-3 increased with the severity of coronary lesions(P<0.05),performanced the control group < mild coronary stenosis group < moderate coronary stenosis group < severe coronary stenosis group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).sTim-3 gradually decreased with the severity of coronary lesions(P<0.05),performanced the control group > mild coronary stenosis group > moderate coronary stenosis group > coronary artery,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Spearman analysis shows that the expression rate of flTim-3 is positively correlated with lesion count and Gensini score,while sTim-3 was negatively correlated with lesion count and Gensini score.6.Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that the expression rate of flTim-3 are independent risk factors for coronary heart disease when other relevant risk factors are fixed.7.Coronary heart disease was predicted by the expression rate of flTim-3,and the ROC curve was drawn.The optimal cut-off value was 15.21%.The ROC curve shows that the area under the curve is 0.717,the sensitivity is 67.9%,and the specificity is 76.2%.8.Pearson correlation analysis shows flTim-3 was positively correlated with TNF-? and IL-6.sTim-3 was negatively correlated with TNF-? and IL-6.Conclusions:1.The expression rate of flTim-3 in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly higher than that in the normal control group.With the progression of coronary heart disease,the number of coronary artery lesions and the degree of coronary stenosis,the expression rate of flTim-3 increases gradually and is positively correlated.Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that flTim-3 is a risk factor for coronary heart disease,and ROC curve shows that the expression rate of flTim-3 has predictive value for coronary heart disease.Therefore,flTim-3 plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of coronary heart disease.2.The sTim-3 in patients with coronary heart disease is significantly lower than the normal control group.With the progression of coronary heart disease,the number of coronary lesions,and the degree of coronary stenosis,sTim-3 gradually increases and is negatively correlated.Regression analysis shows that sTim-3 is a risk factor for coronary heart disease,so sTim-3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of coronary heart disease.3.The expression of flTim-3 is positively correlated with the expression of inflammatory factors,and sTim-3 is negatively correlated with the expression of inflammatory factors.Therefore,flTim-3 and sTim-3 may participate in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease by regulating the expression of inflammatory factors..
