Objective:The paper is to explore the effects of cardiac rehabilitation interventions?CRI?in patients with unstable angina pectoris?UAP?after their incomplete revascularization?IR?.Methods:A total of 100 UAP patients undergoing IR of Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital?SCH?were recruited for the research from September 2016 to August 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional treatment group?CTG??n=50?and the rehabilitation intervention group?RIG??n=50?.During the follow-up,2 cases were lost and 3 required a termination of the follow-up.Finally 95 cases were included in this research, with 47 in CTG and 48 in RIG.The CTG were given routine discharge guidance, while the RIG on the basis of conventional treatment performed CRI.CRI measures included exercise prescription, drug prescription, nutrition prescription, psychological prescription and quit smoking prescription, etc.,to analyze the effect of CRI after IR in patients with UAP.Results:During the 12 months after operation, the RIG were significantly improved concerning the following factors:blood pressure?79.2%vs.57.4%,P=0.023?,blood glucose?87.5%vs.66.0%,P=0.013?,body mass index?77.1%vs.55.3%,P=0.025?,TC?83.3%vs.53.2%,P=0.002?,TG?75.0%vs.46.8%,P=0.005?,LDL-C?79.2%vs.51.1%,P=0.004?,HDL-C?70.8%vs.48.9%,P=0.029?,VO2peak[?21.27±1.79?ml/?kg·min?vs.?17.58±2.36?ml/?kg·min?,P<0.001],AT[?16.86±2.43?ml/?kg·min?vs.?13.26±2.59?ml/?kg·min?,P<0.001],PF[?82.90±3.96?score vs.?71.04±3.73?score,P<0.001],RP[?83.04±8.05?score vs.?67.57±6.04?score,P<0.001],BP[?77.81±9.60?score vs.?69.74±9.30?score,P<0.001],MH[?84.44±6.22?score vs.?70.02±5.38?score,P<0.001],VT[?73.02±8.83?score vs.?62.00±6.31?score,P<0.001],SF[?78.46±6.30?score vs.?69.94±5.21?score,P<0.001],RE[?76.27±8.87?score vs.?65.23±8.74?score,P<0.001],GH[?79.63±9.28?score vs.?69.06±5.94?score,P<0.001].All were higher than the conventional treatment group. The data of RIG patientswereobviouslylowerthanthoseofCTGin tobacco-smoking?10.4%vs.40.4%,P=0.001?andclinicalevents[MACE?6.3%vs.23.4%,P=0.022?,rehospitalization rate?4.2%vs.21.3%,P=0.014?].These differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:CRI significantly improved the unstable angina pectoris patients after their incomplete revascularization in these related areas like the control rate of risk factors, exercise tolerance, and life quality. Moreover,it reduced clinical events and improved significantly the prognosis of RIG patients after their IR.
