ObjectiveTo assess the quality of life of patients with essential hypertension;analyze the mechanism of psychological and physiological factors on the quality of life of patients with hypertension;explore the relationship between the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with hypertension.The role of mindfulness cognitive therapy in anxiety,social support,coping style,subjective well-being,sleep quality and quality of life in patients with essential hypertension.Methods1.InvestigationAccording to the proposed research hypothesis,the general demographics of280 patients with essential hypertension,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure physiological parameters at admission,and family-related,disease-related and other disease-related characteristics were collected,and the quality of life of patients with hypertension was used.Measurement Scale QLICD-HY(V2.0),Self-Assessed Anxiety(SAS)and Depression(SDS)Scale,Medical Response Questionnaire(MCMQ),Newfoundland Memorial University Happiness Scale(MUNSH),Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)and social support rating scales were used to conduct questionnaire surveys on patients,and psychological assessments were conducted.A total of 264 valid questionnaires were collected.2.InterventionEighty patients enrolled in the intervention study were enrolled in the intervention study and were randomly divided into 40 groups of control andintervention groups.The final completed intervention study was 69 patients,respectively.Name and control group 34.The patients in the control group underwent drug treatment and routine inpatient care.The patients in the intervention group also included psychological interventions for mindfulness cognition.After the intervention according to the ethical principle,the patients in the control group should be psychologically counseled accordingly.Result1.Survey results:(1)The total scores of life quality and the scores of all dimensions of hypertension patients in the study area were significantly lower than those in Guangdong(P<0.01);(2)The quality of life of patients with essential hypertension differs significantly in age,place of residence,education level,occupation type,income level,place of residence,and whether there are complications,smoking and drinking,family history,disease duration,and hypertension.(P<0.05);the difference in gender and marital status was not significant(P>0.05).(3)Hypertensive patients with different coping styles in total quality of life(F=7.43,P<0.01),specific modules(F=8.95,P<0.01)and physiological functions(F=16.34,P<0.01)The scores of the patients were significantly different;the scores of the total quality of life and the components of the patients with different social support levels were significantly different(P<0.01);the anxiety and depression scores,the total score of sleep quality,and subjective happiness of patients with essential hypertension There was a significant correlation between sense and quality of life(P<0.01).(4)The regression prediction model of life quality of hypertensive patients shows that the main influencing factors are: depression,anxiety,subjective support,social support total score,avoidance,yield,positive emotion PA,total sleep quality score,occupation type and disease duration.2.Intervention results:(1)The scores of total quality of life and psychological function of patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(2)Anxiety and depression,negative and positive experience dimensions,subjective well-being total score,face-to-face and avoidance coping style,subjective support and support utilization dimension,social support total score and systolic blood pressure(mmHg)in the intervention group The improvement effect after intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)Compared with hypertensive patients in Guangzhou,the quality of life of patients with hypertension in this region is at the lower level;(2)negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,social support status,coping styles of avoidance and submission,and subjective well-being General demographic,general quality of sleep quality,occupational type and family history,etc.,have a certain degree of influence on the quality of life of patients with hypertension;(3)psychological intervention of mindfulness cognitive therapy can effectively improve patients with hypertension The negative emotional state,which increases and mobilizes the patient's positive positive experiences and emotions,enhances the ability to actively obtain social support and social support utilization,and enables patients to treat diseases in a positive coping style,thereby enhancing patients' Subjective well-being and quality of life.
