At present,global medical science and technology innovation is undergoing major changes.Medical science and technology evaluation is an important part of medical research activities and is the core content of science and technology management.Scientific and effective technological evaluation methods and systems can optimize the allocation of scientific and technological resources,improve the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel,and play an extremely important role in promoting the improvement and development of scientific and technological system innovation and creating a good scientific research atmosphere.Medical science and technology evaluation data involves scientific research institutions projects,scientific and technological talents,funds,patents,etc.,and the relationship betweer different concepts is more complicated.At present,there are some shortcomings such as systematic lack of scientific research data organization and poor degree of relationship revealing in China's scientific and technological evaluation research,which directly leads to problems such as poor retrieval efficiency.From the perspective of information organization ontology consists of the relationship between concepts and concepts,and is precisely defined Therefore,ontology can provide a common understanding and description of domair knowledge,which can better help knowledge sharing,communication and reuse.However the existing scientific research ontology concept hierarchy is complicated,the concepts and attributes exist in different forms,which causes great hindrance to the reuse of ontology.Constructing scientific research ontology for medical science and technology evaluatior can further improve the organization of scientific and technological resources,reveal the internal semantic relations of the field,and improve the efficiency of medical science evaluation information system retrieval,so as to better meet the actual needs of evaluatior work.This study draws on the existing scientific research ontology related concepts and ontology construction methods,collects and integrates multi-source scientific researc information,analyzes the metadata schema of medical science evaluation ontology an different concept levels,and reuses existing scientific research ontology and reconstructs scientific research.The information constructs the scientific research ontology for medical science and technology evaluation,and comprehensively displays various relationships among scientific research projects,scientific research institutions,scientific research personnel and other related categories in medical science evaluation research,and conducts visual query and SPARQL query based on ontology construction knowledge base model.The research initially verified the scientificity and rationality of the proposed ontology,further explored the ontology application scenarios of medical science and technology evaluation,and designed system prototypes such as medical science evaluation data processing and reasoning system,data annotation system and data mapping system.The medical science evaluation index data query system "V1.0" verifies the practicability of the medical science evaluation ontology,and finally analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings of the curren'research work.
