Objective:It is reported that LncRNAs promotes the development of triple negative breast cancer. Our study aims to explore whether LncRNA LINC01638 also plays an important role in the development of ovarian cancer. Methods:the RNA-Seq data from 1168 patients with OC were analyzed statistically by TCGA,Oncomine database.73 patients with OC in our hospital were selected as the study objects.RT-PCR,ELISA,cell transfection and Transwell test were used.Western Blotting and other techniques were used to verify and analyze the differentially expressed genes. Results:In this study,we observed that plasma LncRNA LINC01638 and TTN levels in patients with OC(stage ? and ?)were higher than those in healthy controls.Plasma LncRNA LINC01638 and TTN levels were positively correlated in OC patients, but not in healthy controls.Upregulation of LncRNA LINC01638 could effectively distinguish OC patients from healthy controls.Plasma LncRNA LINC01638 and TTN levels were positively correlated in OC patients, but not in healthy controls. The plasma levels of LncRNA LINC01638 and TTN in patients with distant recurrence increased further, but not in patients with local recurrence and no recurrence. The overexpression of LncRNA LINC01638 and TTN promoted the migration and invasion of cancer cells.Overexpression promoted the expression of TTN,but the expression of TTN had no significant effect on the expression of LncRNA LINC01638.TTNsiRNA silencing decreased the effect of LncRNA LINC01638 overexpression on the migration and invasion of cancer cells. Conclusion:LncRNA may be involved in the early distant recurrence of ovarian cancer by up-regulating TTN.
