Objective:This paper retrospectively collected and analyzed the case data of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer treated in our hospital in recent years, and discussed the correlation between various clinical characteristics and the long-term survival rate with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy,so as to provide a reference basis for the clinical use of neoadjuvant chemoradio therapy for the treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 302 cases from January2010 to 2015 which were dignosed with locally advanced rectal cancer. These cases were divided into two groups, according to whether they use neoadjuvant therapy or not.Observe the basic information of the patients,to study the difference of 3 years and 5 years survival rate between the two groups.Counting data were tested by chi-square test or Fisher's exact probability test;Kaplan-meier method was used for survival rate analysis, use log-rank test for comparis on the differences,COX regression model was used for univariate multivariate analysis.P <0.05(bilateral)means the test level was significantly.Use Empower Stats3.4.3 software for statistical analysis. Results: 302 patients were included in the study and complete the follow-ups,patients with median follow-ups time was 46 months.1 year,3 years and 5 years r overall survival were 92.7%,64.2% and51.3%? when the single factor analysis found that whether neoadjuvant therapy, age, sex, differentiation degree of tumor, tumor size?the location of tumor?carcinoembryonic antigen and CA199 level is the effect of prognosis of colorectal cancer.·COX multi-factor analysis get five independent factors associated with colorectal cancer prognosis: neoadjuvant therapy(p < 0.001)Differentiation degree(p < 0.001),tumor size(p < 0.001),the CEA level(p < 0.001),the CA199 level(p < 0.001).Conclusion:The LARC patients receied neoadjuvant treatment have better long-term survival rate than that of patients not receiving neoadjuvant treatment, differentiation level,CEA level,C A199 level and tumor size are also the factors affecting survival rate?...
