ObjectiveThe focus of research is bacterial vaginosis,vulvovaginal candidiasis,trichomonas vaginitis,lactobacillus reduction and pH?4.5 various vaginal microecological indicators abnormalities and cervical squamous epithelium The relationship between internal lesions and the relationship between vaginal microecological abnormalities and cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer provide new ideas for early prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.MethodFrom January 2017 to December 2017,411 cases of cervical TCT exfoliative cytology and APTIMA HPV-HR were performed in the gynaecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University.At the same time,vaginal microecological microscopy was performed.For cytology and HPV test results,further colposcopy+ cervical biopsy such as:HPV test 16 or 18 positive;HPV positive and cytology?ASCUS;cytological abnormal ASC-H,LSIL,HSIL,AGC.265patients who met the criteria were selected as the experimental group,including 126 cases of low squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)after cervical biopsy,and highly squamous intraepithelial neoplasia(high)Squamous intraepithelial lesion,HSIL)139 cases.For the cytology TCT examination and HPV examination results were negative in 146 patients as a control group.The vaginal secretion test results of the experimental group and the control group were compared:the microbial infection of Trichomonas and Candida,the clue cells,the deletion of Lactobacillus and the abnormal pH value.The secretion of the subject was tested:the pH value was measured with a precision pH test paper(pH 3.8~5.4,pH 5.4~7.0),and the pH was diagnosed as pH>4.5;the microscopic examination was performed using a wet sheet method,and clue cells were observed.That is diagnosed as BV,seeing Trichomonas is diagnosed as TV;using Gram stain for dry film microscopy,microscopic examination found that spores and pseudohyphae can diagnose VVC,through the ultra-high magnification imaging system,observe Lactobacillus Happening.Lactobacillus accounts for 1/4 of the field of view,which is(+),2/4 of the full field of view,(++),3/4 of the full field of view,(+++),and no lactobacillus(-)Lactobacillus is absent.The main purpose of this experiment is to provide a clinical basis for the early prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Therefore,patients with cervical cancer pathological findings of cervical cancer are not included in the study.The relevant data was collected and collated,and statistical processing was performed using SPSS 22.0 software.Count data were expressed as a percentage(%)using the x~2 test,P<0.05 indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Multivariate analysis was performed using logistic regression analysis.Result1.The ratio of the pH increase of the control group and the observed LSIL and HSIL groups were 20.5%,46.0%,and 71.9%,respectively.The results showed that the proportion of pH elevation in each group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(?~2=20.069,75.818,P<0.05),respectively,with the severity of cervical squamous lesions.The pH value increased abnormally.The ratios of Lactobacillus in the low squamous intraepithelial lesion and high squamous intraepithelial lesion groups in the control group and the observation group were 24.7%,66.7%,and 79.1%,respectively.The positive rate of clue cells was 14.4%,25.4%,and 43.2%,respectively,and the positive rate of Trichomonas was 3.4%.7.9%,14.4%,Lactobacillus deletion in low squamous intraepithelial lesion and high squamous intraepithelial lesion groups,positive rate of clue cells and positive rate of trichomoniasis were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Candida in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).ConclusionThis study found that bacterial vaginosis and Trichomonas infection,Lactobacillus deficiency and elevated pH vaginal micro-ecological indicators may be one of the synergistic stimuli of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions caused by persistent high-risk HPV infection.
