Clinical Observation Of G2A2 And G3A2 Stage Heat Syndrome And Tongue Characteristics In Diabetic Kidney Disease

Objective:This study summarizes the syndrome types,symptoms and tongue features of diabetic kidney disease G2A2 and G3A2 heat syndrome,and compares the differences between the two periods.To explore the distribution characteristics of G2A2 and G3 A2 heat syndrome in diabetic kidney disease on syndrome type,symptoms and tongue image.Methods:This study used a cross-sectional survey method,selected from March 1,2018 to December 31,2018,in the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology,Wangjing Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,in the inpatient department and outpatient clinic,clearly diagnosed as DKD,with stage of G2A2 and G3 A2.There were 61 patients who met the heat syndrome and other exclusion criteria.The gender,age,stage,syndrome type,symptoms and tongue characteristics of the subjects were observed.Results:1 study object general situationStaging:A total of 61 patients were enrolled in the study,37 in the G2A2 phase,accounting for 60.66%,and 24 in the G3 A2 phase,accounting for 39.34%.gender:The number of males was 33,accounting for 54.1%;the number of females was 28,accounting for 45.9%.age:The age range is 33?87 years old and the average age is 60±13 years old,2 The overall distribution of syndromes and tongue imagesSyndromes:There are five types of syndromes in this study.The frequency of occurrence from high to low is liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,dampness heat syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.There were 55 cases of deficiency heat syndrome,the frequency of occurrence was 90.16%;the actual heat syndrome was 23 times,and the frequency of occurrence was 37.70%.The number of single syndromes was 35,accounting for 57.38%;the number of two syndromes was 26,accounting for 42.62%.symptom:The top ten symptoms of the subjects were dry mouth,blurred vision,yellow urine,nocturia,lumbar pain,tinnitus,dry eyes,bitterness in the mouth,numbness in the mouth,and dullness.Tongue:Among the abnormal tongue images of the study subjects,the top three were:40 cases of dry moss,the frequency of occurrence was 65.57%;followed by 37 cases of tongue red,the frequency of occurrence was 60.66%;36 cases of recurrent dentate tongue,frequency of occurrence It is 59.02%.3 Comparison of G2A2 and G3A2 heat syndrome in DKDSyndromes:DKD G3A2 heat syndrome two syndromes accounted for a higher proportion than G2A2 heat syndrome two syndromes,the pathogenesis is more complicated,the difference is statistically significant.The frequency of G2A2 deficiency syndrome in DKD was higher than that in G3A2,and the difference was statistically significant.The frequency of G3A2 stage heat syndrome in DKD was higher than that in G2A2 stage,and the difference was statistically significant.symptom:Dry eyes were more pronounced in the G3A2 stage heat syndrome than in the G2A2 stage heat syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant.The top ten symptoms of G2A2 stage heat syndrome were as follows:dry mouth,blurred vision,yellow urine,nocturia,bitter taste in the mouth,lumbar pain,tinnitus,fatigue,fatigue,cold and dizziness.The top ten symptoms of G3A2 stage heat syndrome were as follows:dry eyes,dry mouth,blurred vision,yellow urine,lumbar pain,sticky mouth.tinnitus,limb numbness,dullness and low back pain.Tongue:The frequency of G3A2 stage heat syndrome of DKD was higher than that of G2A2 stage heat syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant.The differences in other abnormal tongues were not statistically significant.Conclusion:1 This study included the patient's syndrome type,with the liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome as the main,followed by the damp heat syndrome,showing the characteristics of the virtual standard,virtual and real.Compared with the heat syndrome of G2A2 stage of DKD,the frequency of occurrence of G3A2 two syndromes is increased,the pathogenesis is more complicated,and the performance of damp heat syndrome is even worse.2 This study included the symptoms of the patient,with dry mouth,blurred vision and yellow urine.Compared with the heat syndrome of G2A2 stage of DKD.the frequency of G3A2 eye dryness increased.3 This study included the patient's tongue image,with dry moss,sharp red tongue and scalloped tongue.Compared with the heat syndrome of G2A2 stage of DKD,the frequency of G3A2 angling tongue increased.
