Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Primary Sogren's Syndrome With Anxiety And Deprepsson

Objective:Using the acupuncture to treat primary Sjogren syndrome(PSS),to evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of PSS patients with anxiety and depression.Methods:Between March 2016 and February 2018.120 patients with sjogren's syndrome were collected in the outpatient and ward of guang 'anmen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and 91 patients with sjogren's syndrome were able to complete the required data entry.There were 91 patients with SS.including 41 patients in the acupuncture group and 50 patients in the sham acupuncture group.HADA score ?8 points in a control group or HADD score?8 d patients,patients were randomly allocated to acupuncture group and the control group,which has 20 cases in acupuncture group,21 cases in the control group,with random,single blind(blind)participants,parallel-group design of experiment,the time for eight weeks,the frequency of intervention for the first 4 weeks,three times a week,4 weeks after,2 times a week.Acupoint selection:sizhu kong,sun,wai guan,lian quan,cheek car,zhao hai,zanzhu,cheng qi.Acupuncture group:the method of purging at waiguan point and supplementing at zhaohai point,and the method of pingbupingxie at other points were used for 30 minutes after acupuncture for acid,anesthesia and swelling pain sensation.The sham acupuncture group:the commonly used and effective control acupuncture method was used in acupuncture research.Compared with the conventional needles,they are similar to the outside,and can produce a good blind effect on the subjects,but do not penetrate the skin.Results:Among the two groups,20 cases in the acupuncture group,21 cases in the sham acupuncture group were treated for 8 weeks,and 20 cases in the acupuncture group completed the study.There were 0 cases of shedding and the effective rate was 100%.In the sham acupuncture group,there were 21 cases of shedding and the effective rate was 100%.The effective rate of acupuncture group was higher than that of sham acupuncture group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of HADA in the acupuncture group changed from.851 ±3.42 to 5.50±2.67,and that in the sham acupuncture group changed from 12.90 ± 3.06 to 9.76±3.37.After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of HADD in the acupuncture group was changed from 11.80±3.83 to 4.55±2.80.After 8 weeks of HADD treatment,the score of the sham acupuncture group changed from 11.19±3.22 to 8.19±4.46.According to the main efficacy indexes of this study,the acupuncture group was superior to the sham acupuncture group in improving anxiety and depression symptoms,and the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms before and after treatment had statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture can improve PSS accompanied depression and anxiety.2.Acupuncture point selection and acupuncture manipulation are relatively safe in this experiment.
