The Treatment Of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy With Type ? And ?

Objective: To expore the safe,economical and effective treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy with type I and II.Methods: collection from January 2010 to March 2017 recruited in our hospital,Ultrasonic diagnosis of 160 patients cesarean scar pregnancy with type I and II,and income hospitalization,divided into 3 groups according to the different treatment methods,A group: 52 cases of curettage after MTX+ mifepristone pretreatment;B group: 46 cases of Curettage of uterine artery after interventional therapy;C group: 62 cases of lower uterine segment aspiration by hysteroscopy guided by hysteroscopy.comparison of the general data of patients(parity,the number of cesarean section,cesarean section from the last time),intraoperative situation(intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,complications),postoperative recovery(postoperative vaginal bleeding time,two palace,menstrual recovery time)and hospitalization time and cost were compared.Results: compared with the general situation of the three groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Comparsion with hysteroscopy group and interventional treatment group,the amount of bleeding of drug intervention group significantly increased,apparently higher than hysteroscopy group and intervention group(p<0.01);comparison of hospitalization cost,hysteroscopy group the cost is far lower than the drug group and the intervention group(p<0.01 group);drug treatment costs were significantly lower than those in the intervention group(p<0.01);comparison of the days of hospitalization,hysteroscopy group hospitalization time was the shortest,while the drug group the longest hospitalization days,there was significant difference(p<0.01),the intervention group hospital stay a little more than hysteroscopy group is far lower than the drug group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion: Hysteroscopy guided vaginal aspiration of lower uterine segment is an economical,safe and effective treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy.Rescue bleeding has occurred in patients with Cesarean scar pregnancy or treatment intervention after pretreatment curettage is more suitable for menopause long time,serum HCG,Medicines such as MTX and mifepristone are suitable for adjuvant therapy with low HCG value and slow decline of HCG after operation...
