Expression And Clinicopathological Correlation Of LncRNA CASC7 In Different Human Gastric Cancer Tissues

Objective And Background:This study aims to provide theoretical basis for further diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer by analyzing the bioinformatics of LncRNA CASC7 and further studying the expression changes of LncRNA CASC7 in human gastric cancer tissues and its correlation with clinical pathology.Methods:Using DIANALncBase database analysis,Express Atlas gene site,and TANRIC database analysis,it was found that LncRNA CASC7 has a difference in expression in gastric cancer and has a correlation with gastric cancer.Select 55 of gastric carcinoma and corresponding normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma,using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection LncRNA CASC7 in human gastric cancer and the Expression of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma,compare the differences of its content,and analyzes its relationship with clinical pathology.Results:Through DIANALncBase database analysis,it was found that LncRNA CASC7 had binding sites in multiple tumors;Expression Atlas found that LncRNA CASC7 also had expression differences in gastric cancer;TANRIC database analysis showed that the Expression level of LncRNA CASC7 was positively correlated with the survival rate of gastric cancer.qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of LncRNA CASC7 in 55 human gastric cancer and paracancer tissues?low expression in 46 cases,high expression in 9 cases?,and the results showed that the expression of LncRNA CASC7 in human gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal paracancer tissues?P<0.0001?.Its expression level ratio difference(2^-??Ct)and gastric cancer patients'age,sex,tumor size,Infiltrating depth,differentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM stages?P>0.05?.Conclusion:LncRNA CASC7 gene has low expression in human gastric cancer tissue,suggesting that LncRNA CASC7 may be involved in the development of gastric cancer.
