Objective:To investigate the effect of stellate ganglion block (SGB)on peripheral blood epinephrine, norepinephrine levels and CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Treg cells in CD4~+T cell ratio in patients with lung cancer surgery. Methods:This study used a prospective randomized controlled trial to select 40 patients who underwent elective lung cancer radical surgery at the First People's Hospital of Changde City, and were randomly divided into the control group and the SGB group. In the two groups,40 patients underwent ECG monitoring after 10 minutes of rest, and the right stellate ganglion block was guided by ultrasound before the induction of anesthesia. After successful puncture, the SGB group injected 1%Lidoca near the stellate ganglia. For the 10 ml,the control group was injected at the same site with the same volume of physiological saline.Forty subjects were enrolled in the non-infusion side peripheral before the start of surgery,1 hour after surgical incision, and at the end of surgery,on the first day after surgery,on the third day after surgery, and on the 7th day after surgery.5 ml of venous blood. The ratio of peripheral blood catecholamine and peripheral blood CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Treg cells to CD4~+T cells was measured. Results:The levels of peripheral blood adrenaline and norepinephrine in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the preoperative baseline at 1 h after surgical incision and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the SGB group, the increase of peripheral blood adrenaline and norepinephrine was significantly decreased at 1 h after surgical incision and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).Peripheral blood CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Treg cells in the control group. The ratio of CD4~+T cells decreased significantly on the first day after surgery compared with the preoperative baseline value(P<0.05),and increased significantly on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group The number of CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Treg cells was lower in CD4~+T cells on the 7th postoperative day(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Stellate ganglion block can reduce the levels of adrenaline and norepinephrine in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer surgery, and reduce the stress response to a certain extent;2.Stellate ganglion block can reduce the ratio of CD4~+CD25~+Foxp3~+Treg to CD4~+T cells on the 7th day after operation in lung cancer surgery patients, and relieve the immunosuppressive effect to some extent.
