Objective: To analyze the effect of epidural analgesia on maternal and fetal outcomes in vaginal delivery,so as to provide reference for reducing the rate of cesarean section. Methods 82 parturient women with vaginal delivery in hospital from 2016 January to 2018 January were selected,Maternal were divided into epidural analgesia group and non analgesia group according to full voluntary principle.Maternal birth time and pain scores were recorded, neonatal asphyxia and Apgar scores were observed, postpartum maternal and child outcomes were compared and analyzed,24 h opens the milk example number to be post-natal.Results Epidural analgesia that it is no significant difference between the two groups of the first and second and the third stages of labor time(P>0.05),epidural analgesia group, the first stage of labor, the second stage of the three Cheng Hedi labor pain score was significantly lower than that in non analgesia group(P<0.05).Two analgesia group post-natal 24 h opens the milk example number to be higher than non analgesia group.Epidural analgesia group of postpartum hemorrhage(7.3%),the incidence rate of side cut(43.9%)is slightly higher than the non analgesia group of postpartum hemorrhage(4.9%),the incidence rate of side cut(36.6%),no significant difference(P>0.05),epidural analgesia group maternal oxytocin(29.3%)and the number of cases of urethral catheterization(53.6%)significantly more than the non analgesia group of oxytocin(9.8%)and catheterization cases(14.6%)(P<0.05).The neonatal 1min(9.20 ± 0.62)and 5minApgar score(9.20 ± 0.61)and the non analgesia group,1min(9.68 ± 0.34)and 5minApgar score(9.71 ± 0.56),no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of epidural analgesia during vaginal delivery is obvious, which can relieve the pain of the pregnant women, not effect the Labor process, not increase the rate of neonatal asphyxia, not affect the postpartum lactation, and have no adverse effects on newborns.
