CGF Gel In The Repair Of Breast Defect

Objective:CGF gel was used to transplant wounds after breast tumor resection.Compared with traditional treatment,it explored whether it could reduce postoperative pain,reduce postoperative inflammatory reaction and promote wound healing,and improve the appearance of breast after operation.Methods:1.In February 2017 to February 2018 in First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University of breast and thyroid surgery for excision of benign breast tumors and 20 patients with + CGF gel filled breast tumor resection in 20 cases,the experimental group(a group)treated with CGF gel during the filling operation wound,the control group(B group)without any filling material,observation CGF gel clinical effect of gel filled breast wound after operation.2.Comparison of two groups of patients in the hospital surgical wound exudation and pain(VAS score specific score for postoperative pain),complications(hematoma or effusion),clearing time,hospitalization time,satisfaction,quality of life score(using the self rating scale of quality of life(QOL).3.Three months after operation,wound healing,complications,local calcification and breast calcification were evaluated.The scar width of patients was evaluated,and the excellent and good rate of breast appearancewas evaluated.4.After six months of operation,the appearance of the breast was evaluated objectively and the subjective satisfaction after the operation was investigated.To observe the effect of CGF gel on postoperative breast surgery.Result:1.The experimental group(group A,filling)in patients with postoperative pain control comparison group(B group,no filling)decreased obviously,with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),experimental group(group A,filled)patients after bleeding,subcutaneous congestion,complications(hematoma or effusion),the white blood cell count after surgery was significantly lower than the control group(B group,no filling),with a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),experimental group(group A,filling)hospitalization time,clearing time was significantly less than the control group(group A,platelet rich growth factor fibrin gel),with a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),experimental group(group A,filled)patients overall satisfaction,life quality score of contrast was significantly higher than the control group(B group,no filling),with a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.The experimental group(group A,filled)patients after March the control of the size of the scar,calcification of breast is obviously better than that of group(B group,with significant difference(P),< 0.05),complications of experimental group(a group,postoperative complications occurred inMarch filled)(local deformity,areola paresthesia)significantly lower than the control group(group B,with significant difference(P),< 0.05),experimental group(a filled CGF gel)breast shape was significantly higher than the control group(B group,with significant difference(P < 0.05)).3.CGF gel transplantation breast excision wound,effective postoperative complications were significantly lower than the traditional breast excision surgery,after surgery can promote the regeneration of breast tissue of patients,patients with normal breast appearance,soft texture,high patient satisfaction after surgery,the chest was not changed.Conclusion:1.CGF gel can significantly reduce postoperative pain,reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce complications and promote healing,shorten the time of suture removal and hospitalization time.2.CGF gel is used to transplant a breast tumor to remove the wound,reduction of scar hyperplasia after operation,and the patient's breast appearance is good after the operation.
