Objective:To explore the value of nano-carbon suspension injection in Parathyroidectomy.Methods:20 patients with hyperparathyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. The surgeon used color Doppler ultrasound guided carbon nanoparticles to label parathyroid glands in 10 patients,Another 10 patients underwent conventional surgical treatment. Results:the average exploration time was 31.6±17.2min and 63.2±19.smin,intraoperative blood loss was about 23.7±3.5ml and 18.7±5.1 ml,the difference between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).postoperative blood calcium level was 2.55±0.22mmol/L and 2.34±0.17mmol/L,Postoperative parathyroid hormone was 32.41±16.31pg/ml and 29.57±1.64pg/ml.and the difference between the two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The diameter of the lesion was 2.16±0.41cm in the experimental group and 2.23±0.33cm in the control group. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group and the control group.Postoperative complications:2 cases of hypocalcemia in the experimental group,2 cases of hypocalcemia in the control group, and 2 cases of Temporary hoarseness, the difference between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:nano carbon labeling can help parathyroidectomy lesions in precise positioning, helps to reduce the exploration time, reduce ploration range,Reduce the probability of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury... |
