The Research Of Professor Liang Bing's Drug Law And Experience In Acute Leukemia After Chemotherapy

ObjectiveThrough the collection,collation and retrospective analysis of the medical records and prescriptions of patients with acute leukemia after treatment of Professor Liang Bing' s outpatient clinic,the characteristics of the medications and the rules of the prescriptions were summarized and summarized to further summarize Professor Liang Bing's treatment of acute leukemia after chemotherapy.The experience of medication provides a new reference for clinical treatment,and better inherits and carries forward the clinical experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of acute leukemia after chemotherapy.MethodsThis study collected outpatient medical records of acute leukemia chemotherapy treated by Professor Liang Bing in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2018.According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,75 patients between 3 and 77 years old were collected.There are 567 effective prescriptions.After standardizing the drug name,the TCM inheritance support system platform(V2.5)was used to conduct frequency statistics,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and other data mining methods.Summarize professor Liang Bing treatment of acute leukemia after chemotherapy drug rule.ResultsStatistics and analysis of 567 prescriptions in 75 patients showed that there were 194 kinds of drugs used by Professor Liang Bing.Statistics of the four-qi drugs,found that the most warm drugs,followed by cold,flat drugs.Five drugs statistics,mainly to sweet medicine,followed by bitter,Xin flavor medicine.From high to low,spleen meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian,AML and ALL were the same.The most frequently used drugs are Astragalus,Rhodiola,Panax notoginseng,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Curcumae,Ganoderma lucidum,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Atractylodes macrocephala,Prunella subtilis,Raspberry,Winter,Poria cocos Astragalus,Rhodiola,Panax notoginseng,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Curcumae,Ganoderma lucidum and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were all more than 50%.Through association rule analysis and dosage statistics,we can get the core prescription and dosage of Professor Liang Bing after chemotherapy for acute leukemia:Astragalus 20-40g,Rhodiola 12g,Panax notoginseng 5-10g,Panax japonicus 10g,Radix Scutellariae 5-10g,Rhizoma Curcumae 10-20g.Ganoderma lucidum 10-15g.The results of cluster analysis showed that:1 Dipsacus,psoralen,safflower,cinnamon,nutmeg;Ophiopogon,Schisandra chinensis,yellow essence,oysters,floating wheat;3 almonds,Ophiopogonis chinensis,Dragon leaf,Winter flower,Radix Adenophora,4 peach kernel,fire hemp seed,Trichosanthes seed,rhubarb;5 peony peel,purple pearl grass,raw yellow,Rhodiola,astragalus,antelope,panax notoginseng.ConclusionBased on the analysis of the clinical drug use of Professor Liang Bing after the treatment of acute leukemia,the patients were all mixed with deficiency and solid disease,and the basic treatment was to fix the origin and eliminate pathogenic factors.Guben fuzheng is mainly used to strengthen qi and spleen,such as astragalus membranaceus,rhodiola rosea,ginseng and ganoderma lucidum.Dispelling pathogenic factors,such as panax notoginseng,scutellaria baicalensis,zedoary turmeric and prunella vulgaris,is mainly used to promote blood circulation and detoxify.Cold and warm use of drugs,both attack and supplement both,strengthen the spirit and dispel evil,and give consideration to both evil and positive factors.
