Study On TCM Syndromes Of Prostate Cancer And Distribution Of TCM Constitution

ObjectiveThrough the investigation of TCM syndrome types,TCM constitution,general conditions and clinical indicators of prostate cancer patients,the distribution of TCM syndrome types and TCM constitution of prostate cancer was studied,and the correlation between TCM constitution,TCM syndrome types and clinical indicators and TCM syndrome types were discussed.Correlation with TCM constitution.It is helpful to introduce the objective examination of modern medicine into the clinical practice of TCM,and provide an objective basis for the differentiation and treatment of early prostate cancer.The study of TCM constitution is also of great significance for the prevention and treatment of early prostate cancer.MethodsThis study used a prospective study to conduct a clinical investigation of patients diagnosed witli prostate cancer at the First Af'filiated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medieine ancl the Guangdc)ng Provincial Hospital of Trfldi tional Chinese Medicine according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The dat abase was established using EXCEL software and the collected data was entered.Statistieal analysis was performed on the collected data using SPSS 22,0(Chinese version)software.Further explore the correlation between TCM syndrome types of prostate cancer and TCM constitution.Measurement data were described by mean ± standard deviation.One-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between groups.Non-parametrie rank sum test was used for non-normal distribution and variance.The count data is represented by composition ratio or frequency.In the difference between several groups of data,the chi-square test or Fisher exaet probability method is used,and the ordered rank variable is tested by rank sum test,and the test level is ?=0.05.The relationship between TCM syndrome type and TCM constitution is analyzed by correspondence.Results1.This study collected 120 people who met the inclusion criteria in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The average age was 73.01±+8.73 years,and the maximum age for diagnosis of prostate cancer was 91 years,and the minimum age was 50 years.There are 8 people(6.7%)aged 50-59,30(25%)aged 60-69,50(41.7%)aged 70-79,and 80-89 years old.There are 30 people(25%),and only 2 people(1.7%))90 years old.2.Among 120 patients with prostate cancer,the distribution of TCM syndromes was the most common in spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,with 42 people(accounting for 35%),34 people with stagnation resistance(28.3%),and 37 people with damp heat accumulation.30.8%),7 people with qi and blood deficiency(accounting for 5.9Yo).3.Most of the 120 patients with prostate cancer were biased,with the most patients with damp-heat mass,30(25%),29 with yang deficiency(24.5%),21 with stagnation(17.5%),blood.16 people(13.3%),12 people(10%),7 people(5.8%),2 people(1.7%),and 2 people(1.7%)),one traitor(0.8%).4.Among 120 patients with prostate cancer,TNM stage,39 patients in stage ?(32.5%),only 2 patients in stage ?(1.7%),more than half of patients in stage IV,a total of 79 patients(65.8%).The Gleason score was divided into three groups according to low risk(?6 points),intermediate risk(7 points),and high risk(?8),including 29 in the low risk group(24.2%)and 28 in the middle risk group(23.3%).Most of them were high-risk group with 63 people(52.5%).There were 66 people(55%)who transferred in the distant place and 45(37.5%)who had lymph node metastasis.After rectal prostate puncture,only 11 patients(9.2%)were positive in the left lobe,and 21 patients(17.2%)were positive in the right lobe.Most of the patients had cancerous tissues in both lobe and a total of 88(accounting for 73.3).%).5.There was no correlation between TCM syndrome type,TCM constitution and age,Gleason score,transrectal prostate puncture positive site,prostate volume,tPSA,fPSA and PSA density(P>0.05).6.There was a correlation between TCM syndrome type and TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis of prostate cancer(P<0.05).7.In the analysis of the reduction of the TCM syndrome type of prostate cancer and the physical fitness of TCM.there is a significant attribute relationship between TCM syndrome type and TCM constitution(P=0.000).Conlusion1.Among patients with prostate cancer,the distribution of TCM syndromes is most common with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,followed by damp heat accumulation and phlegm obstruction.Prompt prostate cancer pathogenesis,mainly for the virtual and evil,the real and the virtual,mixed with the virtual.2.Most patients with prostate cancer are biased,with the most patients with damp-heat quality,followed by yang deficiency,qi stagnation,and blood stasis.Study the distribution law of patients with prostate cancer,effectively improve the physical bias to achieve the purpose of preventing disease and improving treatment effect.3.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome type of TCM and TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.It can provide a certain objective basis for clinical TCM syndrome differentiation and constitution identification.It can also provide some reference value for the prevention of prostate cancer.4.In the analysis of the reduction of the TCM syndrome type of prostate cancer and the physieal fitness of TCM,there is a significant attribute relationship between TCM syndrome type and TCM constitution(P=0.000,P<0.05).The constitution of TCM in patients with prostate cancer affects the type of syndrome,the nature of syndromes,and the syndrome of syndromes.There are multiple corresponding relationships between the two.Therefore,in clinical syndrome differentiation treatment,the combination of physical quality,syndrome differentiation,and disease differentiation can be combined to improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
