Objective:To study the efficacy of YAO TU KE LI in the rehabilitation of posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF),the efficacy of YAO TU KE LI in the rehabilitation of PLIF was evaluated by combining traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Provide clinical basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative rehabilitation.Methods:176 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(88 cases)and a control group(88 cases)from June 2017 to June 2018,in the Department of Orthopedics,Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All patients were treated with drugs to prevent infection and postoperative analgesia 3 days after surgery. The treatment group received YAO TU KE LI after surgery, and the control group only received symptomatic treatment. After 4 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS)score, lumbar spine JOA score, and ODI index. The clinical efficacy of the patients 1 week before surgery,1 week after surgery,1 month after surgery,2 months after surgery, and 4 months after surgery were evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the mean VAS score between the experimental group and the control group(P=>0.05).The average VAS scores at 1 week,1 month, and 2 months after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the mean VAS scores between the groups were statistically different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean VAS score between the groups at 4 months after surgery(P=>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the mean JOA score between the experimental group and the control group(P=>0.05).The mean JOA scores at 1 week,1 month, and 2 months after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the mean JOA scores between the groups were statistically different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean JOA score between the groups at 4 months postoperatively(P=>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the mean ODI index between the experimental group and the control group(P=>0.05).The average ODI index was significantly lower than that of the preoperative 1 week,1 month after operation and two months after surgery(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the mean ODI index between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean ODI index between the groups at 4 months postoperatively(P=>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of patients after PLIF were significantly improved. The treatment group was better than the control group in 1 week,1 month and 2 months after operation.Yao Tu Ke Li can relieve postoperative pain during postoperative rehabilitation of PLIF,and can obtain better clinical efficacy and effectively relieve symptoms of patients.
