| Objective:To explore the relationship between the Phone APP and fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes as well as investigate the short-term prognosis further more.Method:According to the patients’ willings,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group,the patients in the experimental group download the “QunTian diabetes management software V1.0 ”,connecting with the doctors’ "diabetes mobile self-service management system",the experimental group into the platform can query and ask for their personal informations,share data statisticsas well as communicate with the doctors,motivatethemselves to follow and implement the doctor’s guidances,which can benefit for the patients to better accept the diabetes health education,raise awareness and compliance,and improve the way of life,improve the blood glucose compliance rate,prevention of complications and improve the quality of life.In the control group,the traditional self-blood glucose monitoring and management method was adopted,patients recorded their blood glucoseon the notebook.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months,and the FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c,new diabetic complications,readmission rate,diabetic neuropathy,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic ketosis,and diabetic hyperosmolar status were detected and compared between the two groups.Results:Two groups of baseline general history of information age,sex,smoking,high blood pressure,BMI,blood fat,TC,TG,HDL,LDL-C-C,apoA,apoB,Cr and UA,HCY,TBIL and FPG,2 HPG,HbA1 c were no significant statistical difference(P >0.05),2)after 6 months’ intervention,the group of diabetes health management platform’s FPG,2 HPG,HbA1 c were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In addition,the incidence of hypoglycemia in the case group was higher than that in the control group obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3)follow up for 6 months,the new diabeticcomplications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the rate of readmission and complications associated with new onset of diabetes(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diabetic neuropathy,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic ketosis,diabetic hyperosmolar status between the mobile phone APP group and the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:The experimental group useing the elaborating management platform’s fasting plasma glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin are superior tothe control group who monitor blood sugar themselves,indicated that the platform can improve the blood glucose in patients with comprehensive success rate.The incidence of hypoglycemia is lower than the control group shows that the patients’ blood glucose control is more stable and safer,the method realized the allocation of resources and is worthy of further promotion. |
