Objective:To establish a D-dimer reference interval suitable for laboratory of the third people’s Hospital of Bengbu City,to describe the general distribution characteristics of D-dimer in Healthy pregnant women, the distributional age groups and age groups.Method:The plasma D-dimer values of 300 normal pregnant women were collected from December 2016 to December 2018 in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the third people’s Hospital of Bengbu City.According to different gestational ages,100 women with early pregnancy(<14 weeks)、 100 women with intermediate pregnancy(14-27+6weeks)and 100 case of late pregnancy(≥28weeks)were divided into three groups. At the same time, the D-dimer values of 50 normal non-pregnant women in the physical examination center of the third people’s Hospital of Bengbu were collected as the control group. The venous blood was collected on an empty stomach at 1.8ml in the morning, and was mixed with(IMPROVE)of vacuum anticoagulant tube containing 0.2ml 109mmol/L sodium citrate. The plasma was collected after 15 minutes of 3000r/min centrifugation. The value of D-dimer was measured by ACL TOP 300 CTs automatic coagulation analyzer of Werfen Company. To compare the difference in plasma D-dimer levels among the three groups of early, middle and late pregnancy. The pregnant women were divided into two groups according to their age:<35 years old group and ≥35 years old group. There was significant difference in plasma D-dimer level between the two groups.Result:The level of plasma D-dimer in normal pregnancy group(1.03±0.92mg/L)was higher than that in non-pregnant group(0.25±0.18mg/L)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the plasma D-dimer values of the patients aged less than35 years old(1.03±0.94mg/L)and the plasma D-dimer values of the patients aged more than 35 years old than that of the group of 35 years old group(1.01±0.88mg/L)(P>0.05).The plasma D-dimer level in early pregnancy group was as follows:0.43±0.34mg/L;The plasma D-dimer level in the middle pregnancy group was as follows:0.83±0.52mg/L;The plasma D-dimer level in the late pregnancy group was as follows:1.81±1.09mg/L.The difference between the three groups was significant(P<0.05).With the increase of gestational weeks, the plasma D-dimer level of pregnant women increased correspondingly. The reference interval of plasma D-dimer of pregnant women in Bengbu area was less than 1.01mg/L in early pregnancy, less than2.04mg/L in middle pregnancy, and less than equal to 4.63mg/L in late pregnancy. Conclusion:The study preliminarily established the reference interval of plasma D-dimer level for healthy pregnant women in Bengbu area, and provided laboratory basis for clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.
