Objective Our study was aimed to analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound in the etiology of gastroesophageal reflux anatomy. Methods The patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were treated in our hospital were included in the observation group(n=48),and the healthy people who were admitted to our hospital for the same period as the control group(n=51).Ultrasound was used to measure the His angle and the length of the esophagus in the observation group and the control group.Comparison of the difference between the His angle and the length of the esophagus in the two groups.Observing the ultrasound examination and gastrointestinal barium meal examination on the anatomy of his angle;discussing the relationship between his angle and the esophageal length of the abdomen and the diagnostic value of ultrasound and digestive tract barium on gastroesophageal reflux. Results Ultrasound examination of His angle and abdominal esophageal length was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the length of the esophagus in the abdominal section was lower than the observation group in the control group, and the His angle was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the hysteresis sensitivity of the angle was 80.00%with the cut angle of 59.03°.The specificity was 85.71%;with a cut-off point of 2.743 cm,the sensitivity of the esophageal tract in the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux was 72.86%and the specificity was 74.29%.Ultrasound detection of abdominal esophageal length was negatively correlated with His angle(r=-0.681,P<0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound can accurately evaluate the his angle of patients with gastroesophageal reflux and has a certain diagnostic value for gastroesophageal reflux disease.
