Objective:This study conducted a questionnaire survey of Yunnan University students from five indicators of social ecology to understand the willingness of Yunnan University students to use AIDS self-test reagents, explore the factors affecting college students'use of self-test reagents, and summarize Yunnan University.Under these five indicators, students face problems in the selection of self-test reagents. It provides a basis for formulating strategies to improve college students' self-inspection,and also provides a reference for more effective formulation of college students'AIDS health education measures and promoting the healthy development of college students. Methods:Based on the relevant indicators of theoretical model social ecology, this paper conducts questionnaire design and investigation in five aspects:individual level, interpersonal relationship level, organization level, community level and policy level.Descriptive analysis of the five levels of social ecology theory in the process of data analysis, comparison of categorical variables among groups of various factors, using chi-square test to determine the results of different variables are willing to accept self-test group and unwilling to accept self-test Whether the differences between the groups were statistically significant, and the factors affecting the willingness of HIV self-testing in college students were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor two-class logistic regression analysis. Results:After univariate analysis, the variable with p<0.10 was used as the inclusion variable, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed. The education level(OR=0.441 95%CI0.263?0.741)and HIV detection method(OR)=2.22795%CI1.343?3.695),homosexual behavior(OR=0.080 95%CI0.013?0.507),face free reagent selection(OR=2.216 95%CI1.017?4.828)and antiviral The knowledge of treatment(OR=3.258 95%CI1.473?7.203)The above five variables had a significant correlation or influence on the dependent variable"whether or not you are willing to perform HIV self-test"(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the respondents, the higher the education level, the more aware of the HIV detection method, the non-sexual sexual behavior and the more willing to accept the free self-test reagents, the more familiar the anti-virus treatment, the higher the detection.Willingness.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the results of the survey on the premise that the government creates a good public policy. The diversified cooperation of various entities enhances the quality of self-inspection services and seeks support to enhance the self-inspection willingness of Yunnan University students.Improve College Students' Health Education.
