Analyze Thymosin Alphal With Imipenem And Cilastatin Sodium On The Treatment Of Severe Pneumonia

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of thymosin alpha1 with Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium on the treatment of severe pneumonia,and to provide evidence for the treatment of severe pneumonia.Method:80 patients with severe pneumonia from September 2016 to December 2018were divided into control group?40 cases?and study group?20 cases?according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine therapy of severe pneumonia,including assistant ventilation,regulating water and electrolyte balance,establishing intravenous channels for fluid resuscitation,early enteral combined parenteral nutrition support,and intravenous drip of Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium.And study group was treated with thymosin?1 with Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium.The efficacy,WBC,CRP,CT imageology,lymphocyte subsets,APACHE II score,Marshall score,hospitalization time,adverse reactions and mortality rate in 28 days were compared between two groups.Result:?1?The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group?P<0.05?.?2?After treatment,levels of WBC,CRP in study group were significantly lower than those in control group?P<0.05?,and CD₃⁺,CD₄⁺,CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺of study group were significantly higher thanbefore treatment,and that study group higherthan control group?P<0.05?.CD₈⁺in study group was significantly lower than that in control group?P<0.05?.?3?After treatment,APACHE II score and Marshall score in study group were significantly lower than those in control group?P<0.05?,and hospital stay was significantly lower than that in control group?P<0.05?.There was no statistical difference on mortality between two groups?P>0.05?.?4?There was no significant difference in the proportion of nausea and vomiting,rash or itching,diarrhea,liver function,renal function,coagulation dysfunction,neutropenia,thrombocytopenia between the two groups?P>0.05?.Conclusion?1?Thymosin?1 with Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium can effectively improve effect of multiple drug-resistantsevere pneumonia,alleviate the degree of inflammation and enhance immune level.?2?Thymosin?1 with Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium can effectively improve organ function,relieve the severity,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the prognosis.?3?On the premise of rational drug use,thymosin?1 with Imipenem and Cilastatin Sodium is safe,but signs and symptoms should be paid attention,to avoid adverse reactions to affect the treatment.
