Research Report On "Shared Nurses" Risk Awareness And Management Style Recognition

With the development of the sharing economy and the on-site service industry,the medical form has become more flexible.Therefore,“Shared Nurses” came into being.This new medical model extends the care service from the clinic to the family,and only needs to make an online appointment.It can accept the nurse's home care service,which greatly serves the elderly,disabled and patients who need to receive care,which is helpful to solve the medical difficulties of the elderly and save the time cost of the caregiver.Based on the analysis of the third-party medical platform,this paper investigates the consumer's recognition of the risk of “Shared Nurses” and the recognition of management methods.On the basis of recovering the questionnaire data,the influencing factors of consumer risk perception are found by establishing an orderly regression model,which is occupation,medical treatment location,shared nurse understanding and insurance clause cognition,and then analysis may affect the respondents.A total of eleven factors have passed the test on the factors that recognize the management style of “Shared Nurses”,namely,the degree of risk understanding,the possibility of occurrence of risk events,the degree of trust,the degree of process understanding,the provision of diagnostic certificates,automatic matching of nurses,and customer service calls,service process specifications,care time,the overall insurance coverage of the platform and the scope of home insurance protection.According to the results of the questionnaire analysis,it is proposed to improve the consumer's awareness of risk and the recognition of management methods from the following four aspects: First,continue to expand publicity and increase the level of understanding of users;Second,improve the management of “Shared Nurses” mode;third,strengthen legal norms and resolve medical disputes;fourth,pay attention to customer needs and strengthen insurance protection.
