In the Nei Jing,“inverse conformity” and “inverse adaptation”have been discussed repeatedly for 109 times.The concept of "reverse conformity" is used not only to explain the changes of nature,but also to analyze the physiology and pathology of the human body,and to guide the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The systematic study of the important issue of perspective of opposite and harmony is of great significance to the profound and accurate interpretation of classical theoriesThis research adopts the research method of combining literature research and theoretical discussion.Based on the relevant scriptures of " inverse conformity " and " inverse adaptation ",used the traditional thinking,perspective of opposite and harmony is discussed from the view of connotation and cultural origins,philosophy foundation,comprehensively summarized the theoretical framework,including from the view of physiology,reverse the loss of pathology,the first distinguishes the inverse from diagnostic features,and the gas and treatment principle.By summarizing and exploring the theory of Neijing,we can reveal the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and help to explain the theory of Neijing in depth,so as to better serve the classic theory in clinical practice.
