Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of PSA and its related indicators for prostate cancer when the prostate MRI imaging report and data system(PI-RADS V2)score is 3(hereinafter referred to as 3).Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of patients with prostate diseases confirmed by puncture pathology in the second affiliated hospital of Soochow University from January 2015 to May 2018.Age?volume?TPSA?PSAD·FPSA/TPSA(F/T)and other indicators were collected from the crowd of prostate imaging reporting and data system v2 category 3 lesions.ROC analyzed the diagnostic.value of each indicator and establish a prediction model through analysis of Logistic regression. Results:Of the 140 patients who scored 3.The difference of PSA between Pea and BPH groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).PSA:CUT OFF value:19.6 ng/ml,specificity and accuracy:0.855 and 0.698(P=0.003).55 patients with PSA in the grey area,The difference of PSAD and F/T between Pea and BPH groups was statistically ignificant,(P=0.00and0.013).PSAD:CUT OFF value:0.145ng/ml,sensitivity and specificity:0.833 and 0.903(P<0.05).F/T:CUT OFF value:0.174ng/ml,sensitivity and specificity:0.750 and 0.871(P<0.05).PSAD+F/T combined diagnosis:AUC:0.840(95%CI 0.801?0.956).with a sensitivity as high as 0.913,and the prediction model was established by using predictors. Conclusion:Among the crowd of 3 prints,PSA can identify benign and malignant lesions of prostate. For patients with PSA in grey area,Independent application of PSAD and F/T or combined can improve sensitivity of Pea and reduce meaningless biopsy. At the same time,Risk prediction model combined with PSAD and F/T indexes can effectively improve the diagnostic ability of prostate cancer.
