In recent years, air pollution has become an increasingly important factor endangering human health, and the proportion of people suffering from respiratory diseases is increasing year by year. The main factors of respiratory diseases are harmful substances in the air, including small particles of heavy metals and sulfur dioxide, that can be inhaled into the human body.As respiration action is a necessary physiological function for the maintenance of human activities, harmful substances in the atmosphere have a bad impact on the human body, especially for the elderly and children. And,for the treatment of respiratory diseases is mostly through the way of spraying. These traditional treatments work on the whole body, with very few drugs actually reaching the site of the lesion, and the therapeutic effect on the disease is not obvious. On the other hand,it affects cells in other parts of the body and has serious toxic and side effects on the body.In order to improve the effective use of drugs and reduce the side effects on the body, the targeted treatment of magnetic drug particles is favored by people due to its convenient and efficient therapeutic effect. The subjects were guided by an external magnetic field, using a spray technique to deliver the drug particles to the lesion site.In this way,the drug concentration in the affected area is increased and the damage to other cellular organs in the body is reduced. The model used in this paper was obtained by scanning the structure of real human respiratory tract, through 3D printing technology. The idea of computational fluid dynamics and Fluent software are used for simulation. In order to fully understand the advantages of magnetic targeting drug transport,in this paper, the simulation is firstly carried out under the condition that no magnetic field is applied, after that experimental verification for 90° bend under the condition of adding magnetic is applied. Finally, the particle deposition, location and magnetic field were compared,in addition, the magnetic field intensity and magnetic field position also affect drug particles transport.
