| Objective:To observe the levels of sex hormones in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic resection and laparoscopic resection,and compare the effects of triprolide acetate and leuprorelin acetate on preventing recurrence of endometriosis after laparoscopic resection.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2015,118 patients with complete clinical data who underwent laparoscopic resection of endometriosis in Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into three groups according to their wishes with full informed consent.Tripriline acetate and leuprorelin acetate were used as adjuvant therapy for 3 months after laparoscopic resection of endometriosis.The levels of FSH,LH,E2 and P hormones in follicular phase were recorded three days before operation and three months after operation,and the recurrence rates of the three groups at 6 and 12 months after operation were counted.Results:1.The levels of sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2 and P)in the triptoreline acetate group(6.52±1.67 IU/L,8.73±1.9 IU/L,114.52±23.86 ng/L and 0.41±0.13 ?g/L)were significantly lower than those in the control group(7.85±1.85 IU/L,111.42±2.84 IU/L,191.43±26.53 ng/L and 0.61±0.11 ?g/L)3 months after adjuvant therapy.There was a significant difference(P<0.01).The levels of sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2 and P)in the leuprorelin acetate group(4.31±1.72 IU/L,6.81±1.71 IU/L,95.46±20.32 ng/L and 0.26±0.07 ?g/L)were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 months of adjuvant treatment(P<0.01).The levels of sex hormones in leuprorelin acetate group were significantly lower than those in triprolide acetate group(P<0.05).2.The recurrence rate of triptoreline acetate group(2.50%)and leuprorelin acetate group(2.38%)was lower than that of the control group(8.33%)6 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between triptoreline acetate group and triptoreline acetate group(P>0.05).Leuprorelin acetate group(9.30%)and leuprorehn acetate group(4.76%)were significantly lower than the control group(19.44%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and leuprorelin acetate group was lower than triprolide acetate group(P<0.05).3.The adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite and other gastrointestinal symptoms occurred mainly in the triptoreline acetate group,while the adverse reactions such as hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,and fatigue,loss of libido and bone pain occurred mainly in the leuprorelin acetate group,with the incidence of 27.50%and 30.95%respectively.The occurrence of these adverse reactions is closely related to the decrease of hormone level in vivo after durg administration.The two groups showed only mild adverse reactions,without special treatment,and returned to normal after withdrawal.Conclusions:1.Triptorelin acetate for adjuvant treatment of endometriosis after laparoseopic surgery for three months can significantly reduce the level of sex hormones in the body,within one year can effectively prevent recurrence after surgery,less adverse reactions,safe and reliable efficacy,worthy of promotion and application.2.Leuprorelin acetate for adjuvant treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery for three months can signifieantly reduce the level of sex hormones in the body,can effectively prevent recurrence within one year,less adverse reactions,safe and reliable efficacy,is worth popularizing.3.Leuprorelin acetate as an adjuvant therapy for endometriosis after laparoscopic excision for three months was more effective in reducing the level of sex hormones and the recurrence rate within one year. |
