ObjectiveThe Tlmapping,T2mapping and T2*mapping imaging of normal young people with unilateral knee joint movement before and after the exercise were studied by MRI,and To explore the application of three kinds of magnetic resonance physiological imaging technology in quantitative measurement of knee cartilage before and after motion and related influencing factors.MethodsMRI scanner of Siemens Skyra 3.0T and special coil of 15-channel knee joint were used to conduct pre-exercise and post-exercise MRI examinations on 56 cases of knee cartilage. There are two conventional imaging methods,:the sagittal rapid spin echo proton weighted sequence and the double echo steady-state free precession sequenceincluding sagittal fast spin-echo proton weighted,There were three physiological imaging techniques in sagittal T1 mapping,T2mapping and T2*mapping.Two experienced physicians used the same method to load pseudocolor images automatically generated by three quantitative imaging technologies into Viewing for quantitative measurement. The feasibility of three physiological imaging techniques was analyzed for the changes of cartilage. The effects of BMI and gender on cartilage changes were studied.Results1.The data from the two surveyors was analyzed,The 95%confidence interval was taken,ICC of cartilage in each sampling area was greater than 0.75,High reliability and good consistency.2.In the T1 mapping technique,Before and after the movement, the change of T1 mean value and the change of T1 value measured by bearing surface in the sampling area had no significant statistical significance(P>0.05).3.In the T2mapping imaging technology,There was no statistically significant change on the mean value of the lateral tibial plateau cartilage(t=1.94,P=0.058).There was no statistical significance of the change of the lateral tibial plateau on bearing surface(t=1.343,P=0.185).The changes of T2 values of the cartilage in the rest areas had statistical significance(P<0.05).4.In the T2*mapping imaging technology,The mean value of cartilage before and after movement in each sampling area were statistically significant, also on bearing surface(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference between BMI groups and BMI in the change of T1 value,There was no significant difference between BMI groups and BMI in the change of T2 value,There was no significant difference between BMI groups and BMI in the change of T2*value(P>0.05).6.There was significant difference between gender division and in the chang of T1 value,T2 value and T2*value in the patellar catilage(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between gender division and in the chang of T1 value,T2 value and T2*value of the residua cartilage(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The values of T2 and T2*in knee cartilage were better to reflect the changes before and after motion.2.The changes of T1 value,T2 value and T2*value before and after the movement of knee articular cartilage were not significantly correlated with BMI.3.The changes of patella cartilage before and after the knee joint movement have gender difference.
