Objective: To further explore the cardiac function during hospitalization by evaluating pulmonary hypertension and left ventricular function in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Xiangtan City during the period from January to December2018 were selected to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study.According to the compensation of pulmonary heart function at the time of treatment, the patients were divided into the pulmonary heart function stage group and the pulmonary heart function decompensation group. The physical examinations from the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group.Patient general data(name, gender, age,BMI)and echocardiography(mPAP,EF,E/e')were collected. The data were statistically analyzed using the spss24.0 software package. All the tests in this paper were bilateral tests. The results were statistically significant at P<0.05.Results: 1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 16 patients with pulmonary heart function compensation and 26 patients with pulmonary heart failure decompensated pulmonary heart disease and 25 physical examinations were included in the study.Gender, age, and BMI among the three groups. There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The difference of FEV1% among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the compensated group was lower than the control group, and the decompensated group was lower than the compensated group(P<0.05).2.The comparison of mean pulmonary artery pressure was statistically significant among the three groups(P<0.05).3.The left systolic function was statistically significant among the three groups(P>0.05).4,left ventricular diastolic function control group and pulmonary heart disease patients, the difference between the two groups at E / e '> 15 was statistically significant(P <0.05),in the pulmonary heartfunction compensation period and decompensation period There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.There is no difference in left ventricular systolic function between patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease caused by long-term development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart disease.Heart failure in patients with pulmonary heart disease is mainly caused by ejection fraction retention heart failure.2.Patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and are not associated with pulmonary heart function in patients with pulmonary heart disease.
