Prediction Of Risk Of Intravenous Thrombolytic Hemorrhage Tra Nsformation In Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke By SITS Model

Objective : Predicting the risk of intravenous thrombolytic hemorrhage transformation in acute ischemic stroke by SITS model and discussing the predictive value of SITS model in minority population in Western Human?Methods:rt-PA thrombolysis was performed on 72 stroke patients who met the enrollment requirements(standard dose rt-PA 0.9 mg/kg thrombolysis,and some patients used low dose 0.6 mg/kg due to the risk of SICH).The SITS-SICH risk assessment was performed.According to the scores,the scores were 0-2,3-5,6-8,and 9-12.The proportion of intracranial hemorrhage(including SICH)after thrombolysis was recorded in each group.Statistical analysis was performed for differences in hemorrhagic transformation between the 4 groups?Results:The hemorrhagic conversion rate of low risk group was 0%,while that of general risk group,medium risk group and high risk group was 17.6%,71.4% and 100%,respectively.The measured chi-square value was 44.22,P < 0.001(trend chi-square test).The higher the risk level of SITS-SICH,the higher the proportion of hemorrhagic transformation occurred.There were statistical differences among the groups.In addition,the risk score of SITS-SICH risk prediction model and the type of bleeding after thrombolysis were analyzed by Spearman grade correlation analysis.The correlation coefficient was 0.563,P < 0.001,suggesting that theincidence of bleeding transformation was positively correlated with SITS-SICH risk score?Conclusion:1.The SITS SICH Risk Score could predict the risk of SICH after rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke population in Western Human.2.The incidence of SICH after rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy was positively correlated with SITS-SICH risk score.3.The SITS SICH Risk Score was a predictive model for SICH risk after rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis.
