ObjectivesThis study intends to develop the nursing decision support scheme for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in emergency,the scheme throughout nursing process in order to standardize nursing records and support clinical care decisions based on International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,Handbook of Nursing Diagnosis,the Nursing Intervention Classification and the Links of Nursing Diagnosis,Outcome and Intervention nursing terminologies.Methods1.Team members through literature review of International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(Chinese edition),Handbook of Nursing Diagnosis(eleventh edition),the Nursing Intervention Classification(fifth edition)and the Links of Nursing Diagnosis,Outcome and Intervention(second edition)and guidelines for emergency treatment for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.The nursing decision support scheme for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were preliminarily determined·2.Expert meeting aims to establish nursing decision support scheme for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Two senior nursing staff in emergency were invited to participate in the discussion of items and pre-fill the nursing decision support scheme questionnaire and test the viability of the questionnaire.3.A total of 18 experts in emergency nursing were selected from tertiary comprehensive hospitals in 9 national regions,through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation to establish the nursing decision support scheme for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Results1.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the positive coefficient was 94.4%and 100%,the authority coefficients of the two rounds of was 0.889 and 0.924 respectively.Kendall’s W coefficient of first-level process items,nursing assessment,nursing diagnosis,nursing goals and nursing interventions were 0.072,0.448,0.318,0.158,0.211 and 0.128,0.279,0.408,0.145,0.212 respectively and the significance test was significant(p<0.05).2.The nursing decision support scheme for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was determined contains 144 items.ConclusionThis study intends to develop the emergency nursing decision support scheme for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.The scheme was based on International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,Handbook of Nursing Diagnosis,the Nursing Intervention Classification and the Links of Nursing Diagnosis,Outcome and Intervention nursing terminologies.The scheme contains 144 items to assist clinical nursing decision-making with information technology.
