Objective:This study was based on blood glucose control in patients with diagnosed diabetes treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion. To explore the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion and the possibility of blood glucose standard after treatment with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion was predicted by establishing a predictive model for glycemic reaches the standard. This will ensure timely carry out of appropriate complementary interventions in clinical work and strengthen clinical follow-up for patients with recurrence. Methods:The clinical data and follow-up data of 266 patients who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in the Department of Endocrinology, the First People's Hospital of Changde City from June 2016 to December 2017 and who underwent continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion during hospitalization were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to screen predictors associated with long-term remission of blood glucose and to construct predictive models. The clinical utility of the predictive model was evaluated using the ROC curve area(AUC)and the calibration curve, respectively. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that fasting plasma glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, blood glucose compliance time,2 hours postprandial blood glucose on average after treatment and C2/C0 were independent predictors of blood glucose reaches in diabetic patients. The AUC of the model modeling group and the validation group were 0.8089 and 0.7428 indicating that this prediction model has good discrimination ability.The95% CI of the calibration band in the calibration curves of the two groups did cross the diagonal bisector. It shows that the predicted probability of the model is consistent with the actual probability, indicating that the predictive model has strong consistency. Conclusion: In this study, fasting plasma glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, blood glucose compliance time,2 hours postprandial blood glucose on average after treatment and C2/C0 were markers for predicting the blood glucose control. The individualized predictive model of blood glucose in diabetic patients after intensive insulin therapy is of guiding significance to identify the recurrent population and formulate the intervention measures as soon as possible.
