Objective:The clinical characteristics of HLAP in The First Affiliated Hospital Of Xiamen University were retrospectively analyzed, and the value of BISAP and HAPS scoring system in the early prediction of the severity and prognosis of HLAP patients was compared,so as to provide a basis for its clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Collected in The First Affiliated Hospital Of Xiamen University during January 2016 to August 2018 digestive internal medicine and intensive medicine were a total of 165 patients with HLAP,applied research methods were retrospectively analyzed, analysis the clinical characteristics of HLAP,the distribution differences of BISAP and HAPS scores in the MAP,MSAP,SAP,by ROC curve analysis BISAP and HAPS scores severity and the prognosis of patients of HLAP evaluation value.Results:(1)A total of 115 patients met the inclusion criteria of HLAP,83 cases were male, accounting for 72%,and 32 cases were female, accounting for 28%,with a male to female ratio of 2.59:1.The mean age was 40.4± 10.2 years. There were 49 cases of MAP,accounting for 43%,52 cases of MASP,accounting for 45%,and 14 cases of SAP,accounting for 12%.(2)There was no significant difference in the distribution of sensitivity and specificity of early assessment of BISAP score in MAP,MSAP and SAP groups(P>0.05).(3)The sensitivity and specificity of HAPS score in the early assessment of HLAP patients' condition severity were higher in the harmless pancreatitis group than in the non-harmless pancreatitis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The sensitivity and specificity of BISAP score in HLAP patients with organ dysfunction were higher than that in HAPS score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The distribution of blood glucose in MAP,MSAP and SAP groups was statistically different in HLAP patients(P<0.05).(6)The distribution of plasma albumin of HLAP patients in MAP,MSAP and SAP groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Gender,age,BMI,blood amylase, blood lipase, white blood cell count, triglycerides, total cholesterol, blood calcium and other indicators showed no statistically significant difference in MAP,MSAP and SAP groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.BISAP score and HAPS score can also be used in HLAP patients. The early evaluation of BISAP score on the severity of HLAP patients' condition and organ dysfunction has advantages, while the early evaluation of HAPS score on HLAP patients is more specific for harmless pancreatitis.2.EIevated blood glucose and decreased plasma albumin were closely related to the severity of HLAP.3.Elevated serum triglycerides were associated with the incidence of HLAP,but not with the severity of the patient's condition.
