The Study Of Tuina In Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Qi-Yin Deficiency

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effects of treatment on DPN with Qi-yin Deficiency by Tuina,including the influence on scores of clinical symptoms scores of TCSS,FBG and LAGE.Methods60 DPN Patients with Qi-Yin Deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Base on the conventional treatment for the control of blood glucose,such as medication,exercise,and dietcontrol,30 Patients in the control group were given Mecobalamin Tablets for 21 days,0.5mg/time,3times/day,30 patients in the treatment group were given Tuina for 2 courses of treatment,Once a day,10 days for a course of treatment.Observed the difference on scores of clinical symptoms,scores of TCSS,FBG,LAGE between the two groups on the day before the test and the day after the test.Results(1)Before the treatment,the discrepancy at the age,gender,course of DM,course of DPN,scores of clinical symptoms,scores of TCSS,FBG and LAGE,were not significant.(2)After the treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms,the scores of TCSS,FBG,LAGE declined on both two groups;and comparing with before,the changes were significant(P<0.05).(3)After the treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms,the scores of TCSS,FBG and LAGE,were lower on the treatment group than that on the control group,and the differences between the two groups were obvious(P<0.05).(4)The clinical effect of two groups was different,the clinical effect of treatment group was better(P<0.05).ConclusionTuina can relief the discomfort of DPN with Qi-Yin Deficiency,reduce the blood glucose,and decrease the fluctuations of blood glucose.It can contribute to the treatment of DPN.
