ObjectiveTo explore the TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of patients with acute stroke with liver damage,to compare the TCM syndrome types and prognosis, and to explore the differences in general conditions, previous medical history and laboratory indexes of patients with acute stroke with liver damage with different prognosis. To compare the correlation between the related laboratory indexes and the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy with liver damage.MethodsThis study used a retrospective analysis method to treat patients with acute stroke and liver damage as subjects, and collected the age, gender, past history of patients who met the inclusion criteria in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2012 to January 2018.The hospitalization status, relevant laboratory indicators, and four medical materials of the Chinese medicine were used to complete the 24-hour GCS score,NIHSS score, and mRS score.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis to compare the prognosis of patients with acute stroke with liver damage in different TCM syndrome groups and to explore the clinical characteristics of patients with different prognosis of acute stroke with liver damage.Results1.Among 332 patients with acute ischemic stroke with liver damage, phlegm syndrome was the most, followed by liver wind internal movement syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,fire-heat syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.Among the 18 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke with liver damage, the patients with phlegm syndrome, liver wind internal movement syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,fire-heat syndrome and qi deficiency syndrome were all 2 cases, and the patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity were the least.2.Patients with acute ischemic stroke and liver damage have a history of coronary heart disease who is 3.594 times more likely to have a poor prognosis in patients without a history of coronary heart disease.3.The hospitalized heart rate,FIB,ALT and prognosis were negatively correlated in patients with acute ischemic stroke and liver damage.ALB/GLB was positively correlated with prognosis.4.The TCM syndrome of acute ischemic stroke with liver damage is 4.036 times the risk of poor prognosis in patients diagnosed with other syndromes.Conclusion1.The TCM syndromes of patients with acute ischemic stroke and liver damage were the most common in patients with phlegm syndrome, followed by liver qi dynasty, blood stasis syndrome, fiery syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome, and yin deficiency and yang syndrome.2.Patients with acute ischemic stroke and liver damage have a history of coronary heart disease who is 3.594 times more likely to have a poor prognosis in patients without a history of coronary heart disease.3.The hospitalized heart rate,FIB,ALT and prognosis were negatively correlated in patients with acute ischemic stroke and liver damage.ALB/GLB was positively correlated with prognosis.4.The TCM syndrome of acute ischemic stroke with liver damage is 4.036 times the risk of poor prognosis in patients diagnosed with other syndromes.
