Objective : To investigate whether radical prostatectomy combined with endocrine therapy can benefit patients compared with single endocrine therapy and the safety of radical prostatectomy in patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer. Methods :The patients who were admitted to our hospital for urological surgery with prostate cancer were collected from January 2013 to January 2016.Pick suitable patients who belong to oligometastatic prostate cancer and had a radical cure with endocrine therapy(group A),the patients with non-metastasis prostate cancer had a radical cure(group B)and the patients with metastasis prostate cancer had a single endocrine therapy(group C),Compare the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications between group A and group B,Compare the hormone-dependent survival period and 3 years cancer specific survival betweengroup A and group C.Results: The average operation time of group A was 180 min(152--210min),the average intraoperative blood loss was 480 mL(270-750ml),the average operation time of group B was 150 min(135-185min),the average intraoperative blood loss was 270mL(150-520ml),and P < 0.05,the operation time and intraoperatie blood loss of two groups can be thought of statistical difference. No severe bleeding caused by internal iliac arteriovenous injury occurred in the two groups during the operation, and no lower limb deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism or urethral stricture occurred in the postoperative complications. In Group A,4 cases with rectal surgery injury,4cases with urinary leakage, lymphatic leakage observed in 6 patients,5 patients with hypoalbuminemia,7 patients appear penile erectile dysfunction. In group B,2 patients have rectal injury, postoperative urinary leakage observed in 6 patients,12 cases of patients with lymphatic leakage, hypoalbuminemia observed in 8 patients,12 patients appear penile erectile dysfunction. Two groups of patients with postoperative lymphatic leakage, leakage of urine after operation, postoperative hypoalbuminemia go through Fisher’s exact,no statistical difference is found.and intraoperative colon injury and occurrence of postoperative penile erectile dysfunction also go through Fisher’s exact, the result is statistically significant. As to rectum injury and the incidence of postoperative penile erectile dysfunction, the incidence of group A is higher than group B.The mean steroid-dependent survival was 30.8 months in group A and 22.4 months in group C,with t test 0.005 < P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant, and the3-year cancer specific survival rate was 100%.Conclusion: laparoscopic radical prostatectomy prostate cancer with endocrine therapy compared with single hormone-dependent endocrine therapy can improve the patients survival, benefit the patients, and the operation difficulty compared to T1,T2 stage prostate cancer is not significantly increased, there is no serious complications happening intraoperative, postoperative complications are also in an acceptable range,so as to the metastasis prostate cancer patients, radical prostatectomy is feasible.
