Objective :To investigate the expression of methionine adenosyltransferase 2A(MAT2A)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPAR?)in gastric cancer, and to correlate with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and provide clinical diagnosis and treatment for gastric cancer.reference indicator.Matedals and Methods:MATERIALS: A total of 34 patients with gastric cancer were treated with general surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.Freshly excised gastric cancer tissue specimens were used as observation group, and 34 specimens of adjacent cancerous lesions larger than 5 cm adjacent to the tumor were obtained. As a control group for normal tissues, all patients had no immune diseases, other malignant diseases, surgical diseases and inflammatory diseases. No radiotherapy or chemotherapy or biological treatment was performed before surgery. The tissue removed after surgery was quickly placed in liquid nitrogen for quick freezing and storage.Store in an ultra-low temperature(-80 ° C)refrigerator for later use..Methods:Detection of PPAR?,MAT2 A mRNA and protein expression in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues and analysis of their correlation.(1)Real time PCR was used to detect the expression of PPAR? and MAT2 A mRNA in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues.(2)Western blot analysis was used to detect the expression of PPAR? and MAT2 A in gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues.(3)Analysis of the correlation between PPAR? and MAT2 A expression in gastric cancer.Results:1.The expression of MAT2 A mRNA and protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).2.The expression of PPAR? mRNA and protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).3.The expression of PPAR? and MAT2 A in gastric cancer was negatively correlated in gastric cancer.Conclusions:Conclusions:1.The expression level of MAT2 A mRNA and protein in gastric cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues, suggesting that it is related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.2.The expression level of PPAR? mRNA and protein in gastric cancer tissues is significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues, suggesting inhibition of the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.3.The expression levels of PPAR? and MAT2 A are negatively correlated in gastric cancer, and the interaction is involved in the development and progression of gastric cancer.
