Study On Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Shenbaikang Lotion

Objective : The preparation process,quality standards and preliminary pharmacodynamics of shenbaikang lotion were studied.Methods : Using the single factor test combined with orthogonal test,the comprehensive evaluation of matrine,oxymatrine,berberine hydrochloride and the rate of the paste was used as an index to study the extraction process,purification process and molding process of the gynecological lotion.Through the process verification,the preparation process of the gynecological lotion is finally determined.TLC,Cnidium monnieri,Cinnamomum cuspidatum,Smilax glabra and Sophora flavescens were identified by thin-layer chromatography,and matrine,oxymatrine,berberine hydrochloride and snakes in this gynecological lotion were determined by HPLC.The method for determining the content of bednin was studied.The antibacterial activity of the gynecological wash liquid was studied by disk diffusion method.Results:The best preparation process of the gynecological lotion is as follows: the composition is added with 12 times the amount of water to decoction and extracted twice,each time for 90 minutes,and the extracts are combined;the extract is concentrated to a ratio of liquid to liquid of 1.5:1,and ethanol is added.Alcohol content reached 70%,standing for 24 hours,filtering,taking the supernatant,recovering ethanol,adding water to the prescribed amount,adding sodium benzoate,subpackaged,ie.The identification method of Cnidium monnieri,C.sinensis,Smilax china,and Sophora flavescens in the gynecological lotion was established.The map spots were clear and clear,and the resolution and reproducibility were good.The method for the determination of matrine,oxymatrine,and berberine hydrochloride in the gynecological lotion was established by HPLC.The amount of matrine was 0.0307mg/ml~0.2765mg/ml and the amount of oxymatrine was 0.0273.The linear relationship between 0.2455 mg/ml and berberine hydrochloride reference substance in the range of 0.0775mg/ml~0.6973mg/ml was good.The average recovery was 99.55%~101.99% and the RSD was 2.28%~2.99%.The HPLC was used to establish the The method for the determination of osthole in gynecologicallotion: The calibration curve of osthole reference substance in the range of0.2264~1.1320mg/ml has a good linear relationship with an average recovery of 101.30%and an RSD of 1.67%.Conclusion:The establishment of the preparation process is reasonable,stable and feasible.The established quality standard is stable and reliable.The quality control of the preparation can be effectively controlled.The antibacterial test shows that the gynecological lotion has obvious antibacterial effect and is worthy of further promotion and application.
