Clinical Observation And Factorial Analysis Of Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang Combined With Calcitriol Pellets In The Treatment Of Osteoporotic Thoracic And Lumbar Vertebrae Compression Fractures After PKP

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang combined with calcitriol capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis after PKP surgery for thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures,and to explore Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang and Calcitriol Pellets Treat the interaction of this disease.Methods: Eighty patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into control group,traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine combined group,20 cases in each group.The control group was given only calcium carbonate capsules orally;the Chinese medicine group was given Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang orally,once a day in the morning and evening;the western medicine group was given calcitriol capsules orally twice a day,each time 0.25 ?g;Chinese and Western medicine combined group At the same time,give Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang + calcitriol capsules orally.Each group of treatments was a course of treatment for 1 month,and the observation time was 3 months.Oswestry dysfunction index,serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),fasting urinary calcium/creatinine ratio,bone mineral density,and incidence of new vertebral compression fractures were recorded for the first 4 months and 3 months before treatment.And use SPSS21.0 statistical software for analysis and evaluation.Results:1.The general conditions of the first four groups of patients(sex,age,course,distribution of injuries)were not significantly different and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Oswestry dysfunction index,fasting urinary calcium / creatinine ratio,serum alkaline phosphatase comparison: the four groups were reduced after treatment(P <0.05),compared with before treatment was statistically significant;by factor analysis,Chinese medicine The main effect of the group was P<0.05,the main effect of the western medicine group was P<0.05,and the interaction effect of the Chinese andWestern medicine combination group was P<0.05.3.Comparison of bone density: After treatment,the four groups were improved(P<0.05),which was statistically significant compared with before treatment.After factor analysis,the main effect of the Chinese medicine group was P<0.05,and the main effect of the western medicine group was P<0.05.The interaction effect between the Chinese and Western medicine combined group was P<0.05;4.Comparison of the incidence of secondary vertebral fractures: There was 1 case of vertebral body fracture during the treatment group,and no vertebral fractures occurred in the other groups.Conclusion: Jianshen Zhuanggu Tang and calcitriol capsules can be used as anti-osteoporosis drugs for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures after PKP,and the two can have an interaction effect.The combination can significantly improve the effect.The therapeutic effect of the disease.
